I've bought & sold several properties over the years & she has, by far, been the most competent realtor i've dealt with. When you get a good Realtor you realize how bad the others are. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Julie Woodward when her partner, Lauren, was going to be on vacation. It was around the holidays and Lauren did an amazing job taking care of us from the road and airports. Then she connected us to Julie who took care of our every need. No kidding. She gave us honest feedback, went out of the way to help meeting subs and giving recommendations for subs to do work for us. I buy real estate all the time. I’m a real estate developer so I’m used to dealing with agents. I can’t think of better agents to work with. So much so that my business partner and I have another place under contract with them at this time. If you want to buy in the PCB area, I don’t think you will find more hard working qualified agents. Thanks ladies.
