From the first day we talked to Mindi, and continuing until we finally get down to Panama City, Mindi has been awesome. We spoke to her about what we were looking for, our price range, and our personalities and she knocked it out of the park. A couple of things to describe what she’s like: we closed on our house virtually; she did a walk through for us to check how the house looked and provided the builder a punch list to complete, and she was always available to talk to us. Fantastic experience: After my home say on the market for 6 months, reluctantly I started looking into making it a rental property. I contacted Mindi and we discussed the situation. She took my home as a challenge and was determined to get it sold. We agreed to a 3 month contract during the holiday months. Every week she would give updates, make sure my lawn was good to go, even added her own things to the yard to spruce it up and in those three months, I had more showings than I did in the previous 6 months.
