Fantastic experience: I have sold several of my homes on my own, this was the first time I used ISoldMyHouse.com, and it was by far the best and easiest experience! They have this down to a science along with all the documentation needed to successfully sell your own home and save THOUSANDS of Dollars. In my case - $20,000. I hope I won't be moving again but if I do I will be using ISoldMyHouse.com ... GRM - Massachusetts

Negative experience: Great to get your home listed on MLS, however communication with ISHM is lacking. Would not use them again.

Negative experience: Set us up with a terrible realtor, I would not recommend, the realtor, Ronnie Glomb with Your Town Realty in Morristown, nj. Was not even a member of the MLS service that our home was located, could not get out of contract, they would not give us a local realtor, a waste of $299.00, we ended up selling through Facebook Marketplace. The realtor never disclosed this to us, yes this site still uses him.

Negative experience: I suppose I have no one to blame but myself since I used this company once and was let down by there lack of customer service the first time. I decided to give them a second try, but it has been even worse. After I initially got my listing up (the first time) they weren’t bad to work with. They would generally reply to emails with 24ish hours. But it takes quite a while for them to respond to get your listing up. If you read through their website they claim to reply “quickly”. I decided to give them a second try. I purchased a listing from them last Thursday. I submitted all my info and asked the MLS listing be posted the next Sunday of that weekend. It is now Monday and they still haven’t posted my listing or sent me a contract to sign. They have a phone number you can call and leave a message with a generic operator who knows nothing about their company (a third party). They do not ever reply to any phone calls no matter how important they are. I finally received an email back from them today telling me I needed to wait for them to do some more research to verify I own the property I am trying to sell and then they would send me a contract to sign. After I sign there contract my property will be listed within one day. So remember when you are submitting payment and their website says they will have your listing posted “within one day”, that means within one day of the time they finally get around to sending you a contract to sign! In my case I filled out there stuff and it will likely have been 6 full days until my listing is actually posted. Yes, you can save money by using this flat rate listing service. But you need to be fully aware that they will take their sweet time with actual getting your listing posted on the MLS. If time is of the essence, I would highly recommend using a different flat rate service company who actually answers the phone themselves and replies to customer service issues. If I had to guess, they simply do not have the amount of staff necessary to run an efficient real estate listing agency, so they are always far behind. In the end, you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: Non-responsive! I have sent multiple contact requests over several weeks through their voicemail, answering service and website. Have even talked to one of the answering service people 3 times and have received zero response from any attempt to contact them. Attempting to ask questions in an attempt to do business with them has been a total and complete waste of my time. Don't bother wasting your time contacting them and waiting and hoping for a response. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Unbelievable poor business practices!

You simply fill all the requested fields and they do the rest. Realtors informed me that our listing appeared like all others. On our most recent sale we estimate that we saved roughly $30,000 in commissions! Some people would prefer to not have direct contact with prospective buyers, but for us, it was actually a bonus that we were able to be connected and involved in the owners who will now steward the home that we have loved for the past 20 years. Negative experience: As a buyer, I will never consider a property listed by this company. Drove an hour to see an open house listed by this company. Arrived to a sharpie sign on the window saying the open house was canceled and no additional information. If you're a seller that wants a cheap, diy Realtor in exchange for selling your home for far less because they want to push you take the first offer and lock you out of better offers, this is probably the fake, virtual Realtor for you!

Fantastic experience: I never thought it would so easy to save a LOT of money. Everything was done online: submitting photos, creating a listing synopsis, and posting details. A local broker was assigned to set up the MLS listing. Filling in that documentation was done online at no extra charge. I got an offer for my asking price on the second day. Positive experience: Being a DIYer this is a great way to save money and deal directly with buyers without necessarily having a broker in between to confuse communications. Will always do this again in the future.
