Fantastic experience: Jessica was amazing and very helpful while buying out first home! My family was not in the state during the home buying process due to work restrictions. She made everything seamless during the whole process, recording videos of the different houses for us to watch and look back on, working with the differently family memebers or friends we had in the area to look at houses for us, and helped us tailor our offers to get home we have been looking for! She did it anyway, kept us grounded, and made sure we got a great home at a fair price. That kind of honesty is rare. We couldn't be happier, and we wouldn't have gotten here without her. Fantastic experience: Jess came highly recommended by our mortgage company, and from the day we met her, we had nothing short of an amazing experience. She listened to our requirements and nice to haves and built an evolving list of properties to look at that fit our changing needs. With the busy market we were even ignored by some, but we were so happy they did because when we reached out to Jessica she was immediately responsive and took our interest seriously. We were in a unique situation with a time limit due to an ending lease, even willing to settle for less if it meant somewhere to live (within work distance).
