Fantastic experience: We contacted Mariya on Sunday morning, 3/3/24, on a whim that we wanted to sell our home and buy a new one. Mariya responded 10 minutes later (on her birthday) excited to help us on our journey to our new home. She took stunning phitographs of our home and wrote about it in a way, that we questioned why we were moving from such a marvelous place. Then, like magic, just 4 days after listing, we were under contract to sell our home AND purchase our new home for 4/29/24 (the 26 day time line was rough, but she was there and communicating with all moving parts and MADE IT HAPPEN). Mariya got us top dollar for our home (and got our future home for $26,000 under the appraised value. She stayed in communication with us (even while on vacation) to ensure we got to see every home we thought "might be it", she was knowledgeable about who to go to for septic/general/air/and water inspections and even scheduled them for us.
