My fiancé and I went from a two bedroom apartment over looking the Chicago Executive Airport to a house on 5 acres with a barn! As a first time home owner I didn’t realize how many steps there were to buying a house. And each step can be bumpy and bigger then the next. Fantastic experience: Karina sold my first apartment complex in Chicago on 5/3/2019. I was so please with her work ethics that I had to ask her to sell two more properties for me. The Second property sold on 5/17/2021 for over 20% more than the selling price thanks to her wise selling tactics. The Third property sold on 7/21/2021, and once again over the selling price. All three properties sold in record time!!!!
