Fantastic experience: We rented a house to tenants for over 10 years. We let them decorate/paint and make the house their own. When we decided to sell, the tenants could not come up with the financing for the house. Then it was a nightmare for us and Jeff at the JP group. The tenants took light fixtures, garage, door opener, washer, dryer, pool pump, and a bunch of other items. Jeff and his crew took care of everything. With his network of contractors, he was able to get the house repaired and set up for the sale. He worked day and night to make sure that the closing was kept and that everybody was happy. I have never in my 60 years worked with anybody that worked as hard as Jeff did. If you need to sell something, buy something, call Jeff.

He was the only one of the three realtors I met who took notes about me and my interests, provided a business card, looked professional and was knowledgeable about what he was discussing. I wanted to work with him immediately. The actual search process was longer than I had expected, and there were things about timing and house viewings I was not accustomed to. Jeff was fantastic and answered everyone of my questions and elaborated in a way I knew I would remember his answer for future reference. Even through to the end with closing and if Jeff was unable to attend in person for certain reasons, he was always only a phone call (or text) away so I always felt well taken care of.
