Therefore what resides in the dvds I received, was of no help on account that I have already knew the information and nothing new was presented. I thank you for the information, but I am also glad I asked for a refund.

Fantastic experience: I received the info I purchased on Monday, today is Thursday. I had gone through everything by Tuesday night and wondered if some of the information was missing...Was that it? I was expecting labor over spreadsheets and mathematical calculations that would have an astro-physicist decide to go watch TV instead. Don't get me wrong, it was all there, plain and simple and well worth the price of admission. For someone who is familiar with real estate and all its players, this would probably be enough to go out and start doing deals.. For me, I think I will take the hand holding option to have someone look over my shoulder to make sure I dot all my "I"s and cross my "T"s.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the Pro House Flipping Guide CD's. I have purchased a few real estate CD's and such in years past and it was all way too much info to process. Your 3 CD's made everything easy to understand for the true beginner and was straight to the point. Directly showing you how to find and calculate the best deals and how to use ZILLOW and other websites to find them was by far the best purchase I have ever made. It made me just want to go do it and not be scared to jump in because you guys showed how easy and profitable it can really be. Positive experience: I think the videos may be to general. It would be extremely helpful to go through not just just finding a home but securing financing; whether hard money, a private lender or a bank. also the paper work and contracts needed.You could still do 3 videos but be a bit more detailed in the process. A beginning, middle ans end of one entire successful flip. But your style of presenting and speaking are great. You seem very honest and knowledgeable

Fantastic experience: The dvds are the perfect starting point for a person who knows absolutely nothing about flipping and wants to start learning about the topic. It does not exhaust all the subjects but clearly and simply points out to the most salient fronts that you will need to take into acount as you engage in flipping.
