Fantastic experience: We met Spencer through a family referral and it turns out that was a good choice. Fantastic experience: Spencer is the best! He helped us buy a now home and sell our old one. When buying the home he helped us navigate a some issues that came up with the house get them fixed and make sure it was done right. With the sale of our old home we had some issues come up with the house and he went into full service mode to get the work done quickly and right! This was during a time that things were going on with my Mom's health and he made the house his priority and took the stress off of us. I could not recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: We have purchased two homes using Spencer Brennan. Spencer listened to what was important to us and showed us numerous listings that fit our criteria. He didn't show us anything that wasn't worth our time. He respected our price range and did not show us anything outside our price range, which was very much appreciated.
