Fantastic experience: Mike found us our dream home and made sure that we were educated on the market trends so we were able to put in a reasonable and competitive offer. We had very unique wanted qualities in a home and he found us a home that checked all of the boxes. This was our third home buying experience and by far the easiest. Fantastic experience: Mike has been part of our home buying experience on three homes in the last 10 years. He helped sell our home to downsize after all our children moved on in life. Then we needed to resize when we took on four children. When we encountered situations that we found to be extremely stressful Mike would simply say I have this, and he did. The home we are currently in the Realtor's investor that loaned her the money to flip the house she could not pay the note and he refused to sign the release of the property. This being 24 hours before closing on our new home and we already finalized the sale on our home, making a family of six without a home. Mike Quail literally around the clock working to make the sale happen, the closing was delayed only 30 minutes. He made the realtor and her law firm to be accountable for their unethical practices. Mike is honest, professional, and knowledgeable.
