Fantastic experience: Annelie was a joy to work with. Very responsive to all my questions. As someone selling in one state and buying in another I had plenty on my plate and she was kind and patient along the way. She took the time to help me pick a town and area. She understood our priorities. Never pushed one way versus another. When it comes down to negotiating she was always on top of it. She gets very vested with her clients.

We had a general idea of what we were wanting, but we weren't 100% sure about what all to look for in a new house. Annelie was able to listen to our needs and find great options in our price range that were great fits for our family. She was an excellent communicator and was quick at getting back to us when we had questions. She had a deep knowledge of the housing market and neighborhoods around Boston which really helped us find the right neighborhood for our family. Fantastic experience: Annelie was an amazing real estate agent for us. We were first time homebuyers, and she explained everything to us. She had many connections with inspectors and lawyers as well, which made it easy for us to find reputable help throughout the process. The Boston area market is super competitive, and our friends and family told us to expect to take months to find a suitable home. Well it only took a month and 3 different offers. The first 2 we didn't love as much so didn't put in strong offers. We fell in love with the 3rd, and it was exactly what we had requested, so we put in a strong offer. She helped negotiate to seal the deal, even got them to drop the price by $10,000 by improving the terms. She took care of everything behind the scenes for us, and we imagine that this process would have been so much more stressful if she wasn't our agent. She was super responsive and kept us on track, reminding us to sign documents and such. She even is helping us after closing to get estimates on things like new hardwood floors! Cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Annelie is one of the hardest working realtors out there! We purchased our first home with her nearly a decade ago and she was so patient and helpful during our first purchase. Fast forward to this year and we sold that home and bought our forever home, all with Annelie. Negative experience: She claimed that she was busy and didn’t have time. But when I told her I was leaving her services she got mad and called me and started sending me rude texts. I said why you make time to fight me but you claim you never have time? Weird? Don’t work with her.
