Fantastic experience: Kendra Hudson has successfully represented me in three Real Estate transactions, both as the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent. All of which occurred within the past 16 months; each one presenting unique challenges that required an experienced, detail oriented Realtor, who understood that a “one size fits all” approach would not be optimal. This last transaction was the tenth of my cumulative Real Estate journey. Therefore, I like to think I bring “something” to the table. Many times my “ideas” were good ones and well received, but when they weren’t, Kendra provided course correction that didn’t hurt my “I’ve been watching House Hunters for 10 years and I’ve done this before, so I should know a thing or two” feelings!
