Fantastic experience: Regina was a stranger when we met but when I was done with this process I felt like family! She really worked hard to get us the house we wanted and extra! She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the steps and process and made this move across several states pretty easy! I don't plan on moving any time soon. But when I do I will be using Regina again.

Watching family after family be approved, having lenders pull out but throughout it all she encouraged us to stay the course. “It’s all going to work-out in time” are her exact words because if you had asked me I couldn’t begin to thank her for answering my many calls, for responding to early texts but mostly for being there 100% committed to getting us where we want to be. We love her! We hope if you ever need a home, you’ll call her!!

Negative experience: What a horible experience with C21 and Beal Realry. Specifically Agent Raylene Lewis. This agent lied to us twice and then would not let us out of the contract and then later found out that there was a 90 day protection period after the contract terminated. Her pictures were disgusting and her conceited attitude after you sign the contract. Seller beware. Read your contract!! A formal complaint was filed not only in her but also her broker. Careful not to get snake bit!!

Fantastic experience: Wendy Chapman was our realtor and we couldn't be happier. It took us over a year to find the right fit for our first home. Wendy guided us through the whole process and we felt informed the entire time. Wendy would be our first call if we ever decided to sell or buy property in the future.

Negative experience: I don’t know who was on the other side of the phone but that was the rudest conversation ever they kept insisting we buy the house if we wanted look at it I told them we’re just looking and wanted to know what the down payment was the person told us look somewhere else they cannot help us

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if i could. We had to deal with Goly as our property manager when our house had gotten bought out from our University living. She never responded to our questions, made up issues with our home during move out to charge us for, like extremely minor things like a shower drain cover being on the floor instead of in the shower or claiming it wasn’t professionally cleaned when we have receipts for this. When we asked her about it our response was “ I’m sorry I cannot help anymore”& would not get a response. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this place.

Negative experience: I sent an inquiry about a house they have listed as available and I received a canned email reply that didn't address me by name, didn't address the question, just info on the builder they work with, a pitch for their mortgage person of choice and a map of available lots. If it's really that easy to sell a house, why aren't more people doing it? Good luck with this approach after the market shifts to a seller's market (post forbearance).

Negative experience: Goly is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She was the property manager for our town home and when it came time for us to move out she requested us to have the house deep cleaned by a professional company. She stated that “if y’all provide a copy of the receipt then y’all will get the deposit back.” No where in our lease did it say that the house had to be professionally cleaned. But we wanted to get our deposit back so we agreed. The town home was in better shape when we left than when we moved in. If we wanted something fixed we had to do it ourselves because they never sent anyone out. When it came time for her to give us the deposit she came up with a million excuses “the check is in the mail”, and even went as far as blocking our numbers. So after 2 months of no response I had to contact the office. The office gave me the run around and a week passed and she finally emailed me and said that we aren’t getting our deposit back. This company loves to bait and switch people. They come up with hidden fees and even make empty promises. I wouldn’t trust this company with dirt much less a rental property or even buying a home. I would stay far away from these guys.

Negative experience: This business is absolutely horrible. I have never worked with such unprofessional and dishonest people. From the day that we moved in up until months after we were done with our lease, this business has caused us trouble, concern, and stress. While living at the house, our first day being there, the house was absolutely disgusting, wasn't clean, dirty bath water, etc. As the year went by we encountered so many issues, there was leaks all the time, our wall had a huge patch of mold (which took them over a month to come take care, even though it is against the law to not provide the tenants with a temporary living situation), AC never worked. I thought the best part of this whole situation would be being done with them, I was wrong. It is currently October, our lease ended months ago and we have yet to receive our deposit back. After emailing and trying to get in contact with this horrible customer service, and actually having to state Texas law that they had 30 days to notify us of our deposit or send it to us, they finally said "it was on the way". Not too long ago we just found out that it was never on the way, and as a matter of fact we were being charged $1500 for paint for chips on the wall which I highly doubt were even ours. Stay away from this business, worst service I've ever dealt with, extremely disrespectful and dishonest.

Negative experience: The worst property management I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. After over a month of trying to get a security deposit back, this company is now saying we owe them money for something their maitenence workers did not finish. This is after a year of awful response to tenants' requests, unacceptable move in conditions, and complete disrespect. Never do business with this company if you want to keep your sanity.

Negative experience: Aggies don’t Lie Cheat or Steal but Beal/Bvp/Aggieland Propeeties does. Very good at misplacing checks and threatening to evict when the money has already been withdrawn from your account. Also very good at “mistakenly” mixing up your property & taking away your deposit when they have the wrong property on your report. They are very good at a lot of things but one isn’t being a good management company. If your property is run by them look elsewhere. I promise they aren’t worth the headache or the wasted time.

Negative experience: Want to wake up at 7am on the first day of classes? Look no further they will wait the entire winter break to change your roof with no notification! On a serious note they simply don’t respect you as tenants or people. Don’t live with them.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and dishonest. Susan and her team do not resolve issues or even return phone calls, unless it concerns their commission. Expect them to over promise and under deliver. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently encountered a very frustrating situation and reached out to Susan Hilton, who is the Broker / Owner of Century 21 Beal.....she was empathetic and beyond helpful! She took action immediately and introduced me to Amy Snidow, who is the Director of Property Management with Century 21 Beal who assisted in providing a solution to my problem within hours..... My family was beyond grateful at how Susan and Amy immediately took action on my problem, and made things happen the very same day that otherwise might have been weeks being resolved. With such professionals as Susan Hilton and Amy Snidow as heads of this company I have no doubt that your total satisfaction with all needs will be satisfied!! You can't go wrong with Susan, Amy and Century 21 Beal!

Negative experience: Ever since we signed the lease and left a deposit for the house managed by century21, we never heard from them. They don’t answer our emails or return our calls. Not a good sign!

Negative experience: TIM TINDALL is probably the worst most unprofessional relitor there is. If I say my doors are locked.. their locked bc I don’t want you in my room, that doesn’t mean barge in and leave my doors wide open!! My doors are locked bc im out of town, last time I checked he dosent pay rent for my room. There is a model home for a reason, might I add it looks just the same as ours. Go show a house that’s not occupied!!!! His rude unprofessional self thought it was okay to welcome himself into our home thinking no one was there and trash the way our house was decorated. Our house is actually pretty cute... better than most college students! We’re “tacky” as he put it due to us being typical college students with liquor bottles above our cabinets. I honestly don’t even want this man in my house what’s so ever especially when I’m not home, he makes me VERY uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Our agent, Jamie Batten, has been absolutely wonderful. He was always willing to show us just one more house and worked hard to show us houses that fit our decidedly different tastes. He has been quick with our paperwork and we have had absolutely no trouble contacting him or his assistant when needed. He (and his assistant) are true gems, and I will use them for any future realty transactions.

With fewer agents trying to handle more potential buyers this is where it gets tricky. When looking for our home we actually go lost in the shuffle with our previous agent. Century 21 Beal, Inc. really came through. They took the time to show us homes that WE wanted WITHIN our price range, not just toss everything that fell within our budget at us. The entire team was always very polite and took the time to answer questions, not just push us through. I was all around very pleased with our experience.

We signed the closing documents at University Title. Wow what service we received there too. I know I will be buying more properties in the future and plan to use Century 21 Beal again!

Fantastic experience: Our agent, Linda Stribling, made buying our new home very easy. She and her husband gave us important information about houses we viewed, they were low-pressure, very professional, yet very aggressive with the sellers in the final negotiations. They are very friendly and really enjoy their work. We were very stressed going into the whole process of buying and moving, but Linda and Danny made things very easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions before closing. It made a world of difference to us and we are thrilled with our new home.

Negative experience: Please save all paper work. The landlord refused to give back any part of the deposit citing damages to carpet and walls. There were no damages upon move out and the house was restored to old condition. I guess that original condition was not good enough. Upon contacting BVP managment that under wrote the contract representative refused any responsiblilty for the deposit saying that some one else managed the property, when it clearly says bvp managment on all pages of the lease. Please stay away from shabeers properties on Avenue A. Jeff Leathwood is the century 21 realtor misconstruing information to further the lie. Thanks and Gig'em

Negative experience: An agent with Century 21 represented the buyer for my condo recently. He was horrible to work with. Although my MLS listing asked that agents call a few hours in advance, he repeatedly called me with 10-20 minutes notice and once told me he was already sitting in front of my condo waiting. Once we agreed on an offer, his slow response delayed the closing date by two weeks. He never submitted paperwork to the lender that was easy to obtain. My agent had to request the paperwork and deal directly with the buyer's lender since he was apparently incapable of doing so. I would steer clear of this company unless you're just looking for a long, frustrating and obnoxious home buying or selling experience.

Fantastic experience: Samantha did us a wonderful job finding our new home. My wife and I changed the grould rules on what we wanted several times BUT Samantha had the patience to deal with us. She went out of her way many times and when we did decide on a home she was able to get us to closing in less than three weeks. The entire staff at Century 21 Beal were fantastic help. I feel like we made friends. We have bought and sold several homes in our lifetime and this was the best experience, by far. Samantha also listed and sold our Daughters home in record time and saved her lots of money. Wouldn't use or recommend any other than Century 21` Beal and SAMANTHA.
