They deal with everything from screening to routine inspections. Sandeep is responsible for my portfolio and the yearly evaluations keep me up to date on all of the properties.

Negative experience: "Communication was inconsistent. Different staff members gave conflicting information about my lease."

Fantastic experience: Responsive team with fair fees. My Chester rental has been managed smoothly without any of the drama mentioned above.

Negative experience: This company is charging people 2.5x the rent wanting you to pay $8000 to move in a property should be illegal ! Save your time and money wasting application fees that information should be told to you before u apply ! If I could give zero stars I would. I make way over the income to afford a property! Um no thanks !

Negative experience: This has been a very frustrating experience. Communication has been extremely limited—I reached out multiple times over several consecutive days through calls, texts, and emails with little to no response or assistance. I submitted all required documentation, including income verification, and still ran into issues getting help to move the application forward. I also reached out for assistance with uploading documents and did not receive the support needed to complete the process. After paying the application and background check fees, I expected clearer communication and guidance, but that was not my experience. It felt like once the fees were paid, I did not receive the level of assistance needed to continue. Overall, the process was unclear and frustrating due to the lack of timely communication and support.

Negative experience: Do not rent from them! They only care about the money, and not the tenants! Just like the other reviews down below say! I’m not the only one! They never want to do anything, they are RUDE, etc. I’ll never rent from them again! Nancy especially!! SHES RUDE! when you have a request, they get very upset & also try and make everything your fault!! And I’ll be reporting them too. DPOR, VA housing, and attorney generals office. They are also discriminating!!

And , our home is perfect for me our family. Very family oriented, spacious rooms, cozy in a beautiful neighborhood. We thank you west end property.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with Westend Property Management for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The communication is always fast and clear, which I really appreciate. whenever I’ve had a request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. One minor thing I’d mention is that there were a couple of times when maintenance took a little longer than expected, but nothing too major. They always kept me updated, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Other than that, I’ve had no complaints. I’ve been really happy with how they’ve managed everything so far, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

Negative experience: On 15 SEPT, I called to inquire about a rental property on 12145 Calgary. I was instructed to call as soon as I arrive in front of the property. I called the number on the website, the number that the Realtor called me from, and sent a message. I took off work early to make it here before their closing time at 5:30 pm, which thats what I was told. Waited 20 minutes no response. This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time!

Negative experience: This property management company leans heavily toward serving the property owners and tends to neglect the tenant experience. In my dealings with them, they’ve often been curt and dismissive, and they rarely take responsibility for issues without a lot of pushing. If you’re looking for a company that values tenants and keeps their word, you might want to consider other options. They could definitely improve their approach to customer service and tenant care.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, only just started the application process, already Nancy has been beyond helpful and kind to me, this is my first time working on an application myself and she had helped me with a minor issue I had. I can already tell this is an amazing team!

Negative experience: ***TAKE THIS AS YOUR WARNING *** Money hungry , security deposit is rent x 2.5 ( which I think is illegal) When you move out , they try so hard not to give you your security deposit back due to normal wear and tear such as carpet and paint. Save your credit and $$ and go with a more professional trustworthy company ! So many more tenants complained not just this review!!
