Negative experience: So I actually was looking on Zillow for homes for rent so as I continue my search I get a Zillow notification stating a property available I click on property and loved the property so I actually responded so I also went to this company website and it did state that the company was open 24 hours so I attempted a call someone answered and I inquired about the property I was told the property had already been leased so I did question that and stated sir this property just hit Zillow not even 5 mins ago how was it rented already so he stated your calling at 12 at night which it was after 11 but on the website it states 24 hours The respectful thing to do was say ma’am can you please call back tomorrow not give me false information which is not fair

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this broker/company. I was assigned an inexperienced agent, and my request for a change was refused. When I asked for a release form to terminate the service, they asked for money. After I posted a review on Google, they withheld the release form, saying I'd remove the reviews first. I had to remove them to get my release form. Is this legal? How about Consumer Review Fairness Act? My husband will file a complaint with the Virginia Real Estate Board and ask if these people have a right to dictate their consumers!

Negative experience: If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. Reason #1 my grand daughters were approved for an townhome with these people they were ask to send over a photo copy of a check for payment. they sent over check just for owners to not release keys. when trying to reach out they blocked their numbers and did not respond to anything they were trying to ask or be concerned about. One of my grand daughters is apart of the LGBT community and explained the names on the check and the agent became very unprofessional with her afterwards they do not want to show proof check wasn’t deposited nor do they want to give them keys. No a great company to deal with. not to mention the owners of the town home slipped up and stayed her sister was the owner of the townhome she was renting out . Please be aware

Negative experience: Never rent from this company these people are complete scam artist !!! They received a check from my sister did not provide her with her keys to move in the home at all !!!! They wanted the funds a week before she moved in wanted double the deposit then wanted rent again !! Then blocked her once she asked for her funds back due to not having keys to move in !!!!! Becareful when renting from this company !!! Not a legit business !!!!!!!

Though it was really tough getting under contract during this crazy covid market, Ravi really worked with our interests in mind.
