He and the team at MS Coast Rentals have built an outstanding reputation along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and it’s easy to see why. Pat brings a tremendous amount of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity to the business, and he genuinely cares about the owners and residents he serves.

Negative experience: Just a few of the photos of the “well inspected” home we moved into. We moved 2,000 miles here. The photos online looked great. When we arrived the home has holes in the walls, was completely u cleaned. I was laughed at by the owner of the management company, Pat, because of “a little dust”. There are burn marks on electrical outlets. The lawn had not been mowed in weeks. There were pallets, tarps, and other trash left in the back yard. After the owner of MS Coast Rentals, Pat, laughed and blew off the filthiness of the property I asked him if he would have moved his family in to the home. He did not answer the question. There is a water leak somewhere that caused pit water bill to be over five hundred dollars. They supposedly fixed it a month ago but our upcoming bill will be high and the utility company said in the last five days there has been over 5,000 gallons of water used. It was not fixed. They were supposed to send someone out yesterday so I sat at home all day waiting and no one showed up, nor did i receive a call from Pat even after his receptionist, Faith, told me he would be calling me. Do not use them. They do not care about their tenants and if this home is any indication of what their standards are of “every home is inspected before people move in” than I can only imagine what their other properties look like. AVOID!!!

Fantastic experience: This company has made moving into a new rental so simple and easy! We were in a time crunch to move into a new rental after plans fell through with another company. Faith was super amazing and jumped right on in! She stayed in communication the entire time and was always available to answer questions. We also spoke with the owner Pat who is absolutely amazing as well. Angel who is super sweet assisted us with finalizing our lease and making sure we were fully informed. Van the maintenance guy is on point too! We moved to a house that has been sitting a while and everyone has been a delight to work with on getting the property fixed up with the small things that needed some extra attention. Highly recommend this amazing company!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this company!!! I paid my deposit on a house I was going to rent and they stopped taking my call, would send it to the answering service, and would never call me back! The lease was filled out and everything but when I left a message that I was picking up my deposit they had someone call and delivery it to me because they already rented my house out and wasn't going to say anything! Not professional at all! Her name was Faith!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience!We had been searching for a house to rent for several weeks and this company was the absolute best. We were able to tour the house the next day due to contactless visit. Doors were coded and no realtor was needed to show the home. We were able to really take our time and explore the home without feeling rushed by a realtor being present . I was assigned to a realtor named Faith who communicated with us on a daily basis. We signed a lease agreement and moved into the home in one week just as she promised. This company is very well managed and organized. Looking to do more business in the future. This is the best Realty company on the Gulf Coast. Beyond 5 stars!
