Negative experience: Very bad experience with Olivia. Wouldn’t recommend her at all

Fantastic experience: My dad lives in the Gwinnett county area and he was looking to downsize to a smaller home. I found Olivia J. Price real estate on google and I contacted her based on her exceptional Google reviews. Several months later I can say that Olivia and her team lived up to the billing. She and her team were thorough, were in constant communication with my Dad and I throughout the process. She was able to get my Dad a great price for his home and found him a beautiful new home nearby. He couldn't be more happy and I couldn't be more happy for him. She made what usually is a stressful scenario less stressful and I could not thank her and her team enough.

Negative experience: This company will access private gated property without any permission late at night to solicit people and litter the property grounds with advertisement cards. Doesn't sound like an upstanding company more like a predatory business. Shame on you.

The process took us over a year, but Olivia was patient and never gave up on us...even when we had setbacks. Her team is also wonderful. We couldn't have gotten through the home buying process without Nakia's encouragement, support, and countless miles spent touring houses. Negative experience: Emailed twice and got no response. Zero regard for customer service and professional courtesies. Would not work with this type of company. Update: Correct, I have not done business with them and I would not. However, they directly sought after my business. My message to them was direct, but there was no disrespect or harassment and nothing that would constitute verbal abuse. I don’t even know any names of employees, so an email was sent to their generic email listed on their flyer. I just wanted an answer as to why they blatantly ignored posted signage and found their way into a gated community and littered. They created a safety concern in my neighborhood and that is something I take seriously. My email to them is attached, only cropped out my personal information. A simple email reply and explanation would have solved this matter.
