Fantastic experience: I was looking to purchase a home in the Duluth area and Andy knocked it out of the park. He was polite, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. Once we found a home worth offering on, he got me a great deal with the sellers and the closing process went smoothly. I could not recommend Andy and his firm more if you're looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have met and worked with tens of agents, and Andy was by far the best agent. There are so many things that I can say to prove it, but here are my top examples as to why you should work with Andy: 1. Honest Feedback: This is Andy’s mission statement. He is all about giving honest feedback to his client, not about putting under contract. He always pointed out not only positive things, but also negative things about the house so his buyer won't miss anything they should be aware of. 2. Knowledgeable: He was almost at a point where I was confused whether he was a home inspector or an agent. He knows everything about houses. What needs to be fixed, to update, costs, mataintence, and etc. Also Andy's offer strategy is very creative so that you can still get the house you want without putting the top dollar with his creative offer terms. 3. Thoughtful: When buying a home with Andy, he wasn't only considering the price and the condition of houses, but also giving his insights based on a variety of aspects (your family, lifestyle) such as school, commute, location, and even when you sell your home (even if we didn't plan to sell in the near future). There were even a few times where he stopped us from putting an offer because we were too emotional during home search and didn't put those factors into consideration. And we are so glad he did that so we were able to find our dream home! 4. Patience: It was our first home buying process, and our journey wasn't definitely easy. It took us almost a year to narrow down our criteria and realize what we really want. During that time, he did not even push us one time, he was always patient and never got frustrated. We learned so much about not only buying processes, but also about houses during our journey with Andy. Looking to sell or buy a home? Andy is your guy!!!

Fantastic experience: We've heard so many horror stories from first-time home buyers, but our experience with Andy was just PERFECT! We haven't got any issues in every steps, and I think it's because Andy put so much effort and being honest in his thoughts always. We asked tons of questions, but he never missed any of them and very prompt in response.
