Fantastic experience: I was recommended Lori by a friend who had previously worked with her. From the get go it was a pleasure to work with her. As it was my first time buying a house she walked me through every step of the process, told me some common problems to look at during home tours, and even put me into contact with people she's worked with before when I finally got an accepted offer and needed to follow up on everything that comes after that. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago we bought our first home with the help of Lori. When it came time to sell that house and move onto the next one, there was no question that we would do it again with Lori. She answered all of our questions, brought up information we wouldn’t have thought to consider in the first place, and helped us review the offers to sell our home. She also provided us with a storage unit to clean out our home to help it sell. She responds very timely to all of our questions, and reassured us that everything was going smoothly along the way. Even when hiccups came up, she dealt with them very quickly, and didn’t involve me or my husband unless it was necessary. She has the knowledge and motivation to handle it herself without tagging us in on it. And for the house purchasing side, she was just as great. Lori gave her honest opinion on the houses we toured , good and bad, to make sure we were not overlooking or missing anything we should be considering. Again, she took on after work hours to show houses with us. She made everything extremely easy to understand in the crazy amount of paperwork that goes into buying and selling a house. I would greatly recommend Lori to anyone buying or selling a house at any point in their house journey. I would say we will use Lori again, but she has helped us find our forever dream home. Fantastic experience: I do not have enough great things to say about Lori Dibbs and Associates, whether its buying or selling your home. We have worked with Lori since 2021 on three separate real estate transactions. I connected with Lori thru a referral from a friend when I purchased my first Fox Valley area home in 2021. I was new to the area and didn't have knowledge on neighborhoods or the Fox Valley market. Lori was absolutely amazing to work with during the crazy market in 2021 when homes were selling before they even went on the market. She kept us patient and level headed ensuring we didn't "settle". We purchased the exact home we needed at the time and she assisted us in negotiating a fair but aggressive offer. In 2023 we were faced with some tough decisions regarding selling our home (with our low interest rate) or hanging on to something that would cost us 10s of thousands of dollars to attempt to make work for our new, unexpected needs. Lori assisted us in decision making process which ultimately lead to the sale of our first home. We proceeed to rent for 18 months until the time was right for us to start looking for our forever home at the end of 2024. Our first phone call was immediately to Lori. She kept us optimistic when we couldn't secure the financing we wanted with our first lender and connected us with a lender that worked with us to secure the financing we needed (well within our budget). When we found our dream home and immediately knew it was the one, Lori was right by our side. We thought we were going to loose the home based on a contingency in the Covenant and Lori found an ammendment to the covenant that again made this house perfect for us. She worked on negotiating a competitive offer and ultimately delivered us the good new that the home was ours. We closed in February 2025 and haven't looked back. Lori is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and the realtor you want in your corner for any real estate transaction. Thank you Lori for all your help over the years! We hope we never move again but if we do, you will be our first phone call.

Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with our home-selling experience with Lori Dibbs. We established a plan several months before the home went live. We were given great direction on what to prioritize to make the sale successful. She strategized so that we had maximum traffic in a short time period and a high number of bids. It couldn’t have gone better!!! We had 33 showings in 3 days, which resulted in 19 offers! She presented them to us in an organized spreadsheet so we could compare them in several categories. Her real estate knowledge is expansive and was very helpful in reviewing our offers. Our property was sold for $41,000 OVER our list price. Lori came right over and agreed, I only had to do two projects of the seven I thought I had to get done. She helped me with a contractor to finish a project that I could not finish, and the work was absolutely perfect. (I didn't want to sell after, it was so beautiful). Lori was so easy to work with.
