Fantastic experience: I highly recommend HH realty if you're selling a house in DFW. Michelle and Eric were extremely helpful throughout our entire experience. Their marketing was amazing, and they sold our house in less than a month. They also handled all our repairs and updates which made the entire process way less stressful. They dropped off a dumpster (more than once) while we were cleaning out our house. They even sent out locksmith when we accidentally locked ourselves out after a showing. HH are fantastic realtors!

Fantastic experience: Have you ever seen someone make a social media post asking for realtor recommendations? Then you go to the 117 comments and so many are tagged with absolutely no explanation and there’s no way any clarity was gained from that… this isn’t that. This isn’t just a “hey, go to my realtor” review. I was recommended to HH by my lender, he had said they worked well together and thought it would be a great fit. My specific request was “I spend my days thinking for my clients and their families, my own family and my brain never stops hearing problems and finding solutions. I need someone with a strong personality that can just guide me through the process, take over and just loop me in when and if needed.” I got that in Michelle but I got so much more. Does she have a strong personality? Yes. But is she also super encouraging and presents you options and ideas for you to decide before voicing her opinion? Also, yes. Example: Michelle would ask “what do you think about A, B, and C?” And like almost all my answers, because this is all new and overwhelming, I’d tell her “I don’t know what do you think?” Then, she’d give me her opinion and thoughts and it helped. As home buyers, we all want to be heard and we don’t want our choices taken from us but we aren’t all experts and need to helped. I felt both respected and an “equal” and while also just knowing I was I was in good hands and was being helped along in the right direction. Michelle stayed in constant communication, even when she didn’t need to and I wasn’t expecting tiny her to BUT she also has a great teammate and partner in her husband who was available when she wasn’t. I feel like I had some very unique challenges, but Michelle handled it so well! She was encouraging, calming when I was discouraged and reassured me throughout the whole process that she wasn’t giving up and we were going to make the deal I want, happen BUT if it didn’t, that only meant that I had something else better waiting for my family and I and we would figure it out when and if that time came. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, someone who had been on both sides before, or someone who is going to have unique challenges; HH is the right choice. I came out with the deal of a lifetime specifically because Michelle had my back from day one, she knew when to push the sellers and when to be patient. You won’t ever feel like you’re being “sold” too. 10/10 Definitely recommend!
