Fantastic experience: Tricia and her team worked with my mom and me over several months as we moved her from her beloved home of 50 years into an assisted living place she now loves. At first, Tricia came to my mom's home to assess it and give us a few scenarios based on the market. Once my mom moved, Tricia gave me several resources for movers and estate sales companies to help ready and clean my mom's place. By the time we put the house up for sale, the market started to turn into a buyer's market, but we still put the house up for the price we wanted and got a cash offer within days. After inspection the buyer offered less money due to some needed repairs, but Tricia was able to negotiate the price back up to nearly the original sale price. I recommend the Spurrier Group to anyone needing a non-pushy, but effective sales agent on your side.
