Fantastic experience: Keith helped us get our house sold in Raeford for the maximum we could sell it for, and also helped us buy our new house. He was with us through the whole process, even though we changed houses we wanted to buy a few times and went through a few different ideas for selling our house. I know we probably bugged him like crazy, but he never got upset with us and got us through it. Thank you Keith for helping us get our old house sold so that we could get our dream house!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Danielle and the EXIT Realty team. I had the chance to work with Danielle when James started on my home-buying adventure and wasn't able to continue due to personal life stuff. They made the perfect team though! Danielle was ALWAYS available, even showing me houses at off-peak hours to work around my schedule. And she was around for all my late-evening questions and concerns. She fought for me when things got tough during the closing process, even taking those cheap-shots that the listing agent threw at her so I wasn't dealing with the stress. If there was a problem, Danielle was there FOR ME. If she couldn't fix it herself, she knew exactly who to go to in order to get it fixed. This woman - this ENTIRE team - wears the "S" on their chests though they might not see it. LOVE THEM!!

She took on all the responsibilities of the property with no problem. We are very lucky to have found her. She took a lot of the stress off me. I most definitely recommend the office in Raeford/Aberdeen, ask for her. You won't be sorry.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I used Exit Realty to sell our house in Raeford. We worked with Keith and Candi. They were AMAZING! I recommend Keith and Candi to everyone I know looking to buy or sell their home. They were professional, prompt and eager to get our house sold. Our house sold less than a week of being on the market. Exit Realty made the selling/buying process easy and painless for my husband and I!

Negative experience: Merassa Rawald is with Exit Realty and yet also owns Titan Premier Properties with her husband. So I went through her in reference to a rental. Merassa did not have enough decency to communicate in an effective and timely manner. Further, she also failed to let me know that they (Titan realty - her and her husband's company) decided to pursue another potential renter after I requested simple repairs to rental property. When we showed up to do a walk through for the lease, Merassa had missed numerous details and wasn't aware of several defects. In addition, the excessive excuses Meressa utilizes for failure to fix items around the rental and her failure to communicate are disappointing at best. RUN don't walk as far as possible from Merassa as a realtor.

Negative experience: Awful experience selling our Home with exit realty raeford . Tried to express my concerns with owners and she doesn’t respond to emails . So many mistakes were made during the selling of our house. I do not recommend this agency if you are looking for an honest company . They do not look out for their clients . Worst and most stressful experience in my life . Edit to my original review . The owner did respond to my concerns once I posted a review on Facebook she said she didn’t receive my email . I forwarded the original email to her at the same address I sent it the first time. The mistakes that were made were huge mistakes , agent giving the code to my alarm and front door out to a random person who called him off the sign outside the house , doors left unlocked when they left , our net proceeds were three thousand dollars less than what we were told when we accepted our offer , we lived out of town and when I had someone else check on the house there was trash left from when they had an open house the flyers were outdated . The owners response was that the agent that we hired had suddenly acquired a huge work load and couldn’t focus on us anymore. The buyers got a great deal on the house and every concern and question we had was not answered . That’s why I say your company was not looking out for us ! Your agent was looking out for him and the buyers agent because they were such great friends .
