She gave us a complete and thorough evaluation of our home and let us know what it would sell for along with what she wanted us to do to the home prior to selling. We had 2 offers in 1 day with 1 being 7% over ask. We accepted and sold in 45 days. She prevented us from over bidding with our new home and she helped my wife evaluate our new home prior to purchasing which she found for us quickly. Joyce recommended a good lawyer and checked in along the way. Finally, she went to the trouble to send us all our closing docs once tax time came up so we didn't have to search for where we put them after moving.
