We sold our home in June and after we made the recommendations Lucy suggested we listed our home and got over 30 showings in 3 days and our house was under contract within a week. We ended up selling the home for $116,000 more than we paid for it and $16,000 more than asking price. She was wonderful to work with and would only choose her if we had to sell a house again.
