Fantastic experience: Starting with a 45 minute phone call, in which I must've repeated myself multiple times because of my anxiety and excitement that searching for our first home brought, Terry listened so patiently, answered each and every one of my multiple and repeated questions and I hung up feeling relieved and excited to meet Terry and Doug. Terry and Doug worked seamlessly together with us, scheduling our showing appointments at odd hours to meet our family's schedule. Terry was so on top of our house search, she sent us houses that met our criteria almost daily, and on days that there weren't any houses, she would email me with a reassuring message, "Don't worry, we're going to find you a house". Most notably, Terry never made us feel like we were ever impeding on her time. She was always available if not by phone via email and texted back with the the speed of mother to child. Speaking of, she and my three and a half year old daughter took on a relationship during this whole process, that I can only describe as a genuine love for each other and relationship that I believe (and hope) will last a long time. Terry and Doug gave us guidance, professional and personal advice without pushing their opinions on us. When I asked Terry (multiple times) in offer situations, "Well what should we do?" Her response was always, "Sleep on it and search in heart, but don't worry if this isn't the one, we'll find the one".
