Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure working with Lydia on a recent transaction where I represented the buyers. Throughout the entire process, Lydia was professional, responsive, and solution-oriented. Communication is one of the most important parts of any successful transaction, and Lydia excelled in that area. Whenever she was unavailable, she always returned calls promptly and kept everyone informed. When we encountered unexpected challenges with the appraisal, she remained positive, collaborative, and open to finding solutions that worked for all parties involved. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to work together helped us navigate the obstacles and ultimately achieve a successful closing for our mutual clients. I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with Lydia and would gladly welcome the chance to work together again on future transactions. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Lydia Bomar on a recent transaction where she represented the sellers and I was the lender for the buyers. Lydia was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Throughout the transaction, she was responsive, professional, and always focused on finding solutions whenever challenges came up. Her communication was excellent, and she did a great job keeping all parties informed, which helped the transaction move forward smoothly. What stood out most was her professionalism and collaborative attitude. She represented her clients well while still fostering a positive working relationship with everyone involved. That's the kind of agent you want on the other side of a transaction. I would gladly work with Lydia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy real estate professional.

Realicore Property Management handled everything with professionalism and respect. A special thank you to their team especially Aafreen Malik, who coordinated the entire process with me. She was incredibly empathetic, patient, and understanding throughout. Fantastic experience: We just rented a property through Realicore, and want to take a moment to express how wonderful our experience has been working with their team. Lydia and Ingrid have been so professional and sweet to deal with through the entire process. It’s so nice to call and actually find you get someone on the phone to answer all your questions rather than voicemail, which is way too common with many management companies. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly and as promised. I would highly recommend RPM!

Fantastic experience: David & his team provide top notch property management services. They are thorough & professional. They helped me find a quality tenant & and are always there when any issues arise.

Negative experience: BEWARE of this property management group. They will install bad tenants, and not monitor the property leading to significant damages. Then will claim no fault, Read the contract carefully. They will not conduct inspections as part of their fiduciary duties, and say they did, which constitutes Fraud. They will not notify you, of anything out of compliance, and you will believe everything is Ok, because rent is coming in. But in the end your rents will be wiped out by repairs. These people are so unprofessional it’s laughable. David Friedman is the king of this racket. His License isn’t even under his name. BEWARE

Negative experience: They have rental listings on Zillow and their website that are not available for rent. My family spent money on applications for a home just to be notified it wasn’t available the next day. I recommend calling before applying to one of their rentals.

Fantastic experience: David Friedman and his team at Realicore are the best! He made the move in process really easy and he is a great landlord. We are pleased he is such a staple in the San Bernardino Community as we all start building an art district here. We are happy to be on the ground floor of the start of this wonderful community he has envisioned! If you are looking for commercial real estate in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend Realicore!

I would recommend over our previous property management company we used.

They handle all aspects of property management we need, including marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. Fantastic experience: Realicore are experts in the business. I trust them on all things real estate and appreciate their insight/knowledge of the Inland Empire and beyond. David, thank you for everything you do for me and my family. Really setting us up right.

Fantastic experience: David and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They are the first property management company and commercial real estate firm I have worked with and they have helped me maneuver thru the legalities and eviction of my tenant who has been abusing the system and me for several years. April and David have been my advocate and always kept me well informed of the process. I would highly recommend Realicore Property Management to my friends and family. They manage all of my rental properties.

Fantastic experience: I’m a property owner in San Bernardino and I’m looking for a property manager in the area. For me all property management is local, so I contacted 12 property management companies in the immediate San Bernardino area. Only two made a second call back (both these companies provided a copy of their management agreement and lease agreement for tenants that I requested). One of these companies Realicore Real Estate Group took the time to meet with me and explained their services. I sat down and talked to David Friedman (the broker) and I was impressed with his knowledge and his approach to protecting my property. To date I haven’t decided whether I am going to turnover my properties anyone but if and when I do (I am retired and getting older), I believe that Realicore is not only reasonably priced but provides a better service at a lower price than other local companies that I have vetted (and one that I have used and one I am currently using). I firmly believe that if I have been properly protected using Realicore’s Lease Contract (CAR Form) I would not be looking for a new management company (or for a new tenant). I will add pictures later . . ..

Fantastic experience: Great commercial real estate company with excellent services

Fantastic experience: David with Realicore is amazing! I go to him for all of my commercial real estate needs. He always answers any questions that I have. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial real estate and property management.

Fantastic experience: LOVE This team!! I’m definitely amongst those with absolute love & confidence in our city. Everyone is involved in restoring & the regrowth of DT SB! So many cool new shops popping up here- Amazing staff @ Realcore I can message the staff via app for repairs, I can ask David directly which is unheard of for most tenants Downtown. His involvement & the girls here- Keep this ball rolling. Stop by any of our shops- Feel free to ask us anything- it’s gonna be the same thing. GET THE Space! Krista & Christine @ IE Loves Yoga

Fantastic experience: Realicore does an exceptional job managing my residential properties. I only approve repairs above a certain amount and collect my rent, no hassles. Since they also manage commercial real estate, I'll be using them once I acquire a commercial property.

Fantastic experience: A great group of people! So courteous and professional!

Fantastic experience: Realicore had some exceptionally charming apartments for rent in downtown Riverside and nearby. David went out of his way to meet me late one afternoon so I could tour a place I was very interested in before someone else could snatch it up. When I chose my place, Lydia was careful to walk through the place with me and note some small repairs that needed to be made. They’ve been prompt and courteous and accommodating, and I really like the company. They’ve checked in with me several times just to ask how I’m settling in. Even the guys who do repairs and lawn care for them have been efficient, respectful of my space, and affable. I hope Realicore is around for a while, because they were by far the easiest company to work with when I moved to Riverside.

Fantastic experience: The team has been great!! Communication is amazing and I couldn’t have picked a better management company to work with. Thank you

Negative experience: This property management are scammers I wouldn’t recommend this management to anyone they make up lies and take your money. Save your self some money and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great team! Very detail oriented, good with the tenants. Persistent in getting the To Do List done.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this team enough! Not only were they (beyond) patient with me, but did it with a smile. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would absolutelyrecommend Realicore to anyone who is planning on buying, but especially selling!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a property management company that will take care of your property as its own and be attentive to your needs, Realicore PM is for you. My partner and I own a triplex out in San Bernardino but the level of effort that David and his team put into the property makes us feel like we are his biggest clients. David and his team came in and got our property occupied in no time with all A+ tenants. David’s recommendations when it comes to property improvements, repairs, and tenant engagements demonstrate the extent of his vast knowledge of the industry. Most importantly, David and his team are always available to any questions that my partner and I have; but we rarely need to reach out first because he is constantly updating us on matters so we are up to date. Thank you, David!

Fantastic experience: David Friedman took over managing my apartments in San Bernardino, the transition went smoothly, & all my questions were answered. I would recommend!
