Negative experience: Players Place has the worst HOA. They complain about every small little thing and they are extremely rude & inconsiderate. If you have kids, strollers, or bikes, this is not the place for you. They try to push everyone out of their community except seniors. Facilities are not up to par and the landscaping is repulsive. For an HOA that controls every little thing, they don’t seem to care how their property looks. No sense of community. Opt for somewhere else before youre locked into a lease.

Fantastic experience: I had to sell my mother's house. She suffers from dementia and I am her POA. I live 90 miles away from the property. Needless to say, mentally, I was not in the best place. I found Dave via a google search. I explained my situation to him. He made me feel at ease. Looked at the house, discussed the comps and presented a listing price.
