Whether I was looking at online listings, photos, or even attending open houses on my own, he helped me understand what to look for and what truly mattered in a home. While at showings he pointed out things that I may have overlooked knowing what my wants and needs were and also saw me at some of my most vulnerable times (a few jump scared with pets lol). I honestly don’t think there’s anyone who could have filled the role of our realtor better than Greg. Dan Mauz and the Mauz Group are truly lucky to have him on their team, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

We couldn't be here in person for tours due to living on the other side of the country, so he would FaceTime us to show the house and never failed to point out issues or potential causes of concern. He had good contacts to help with the whole process buying and analyzing the home, with experts available to recommend everything from home inspection to fireplace servicing, pool inspections, etc. Given we were long distance, Greg helped make us feel comfortable about the area and the viewing process and was always available to work with our schedule throughout. He helped us as closing approached when there were some issues outstanding pre-closing to get everything over the line. Fantastic experience: Working with Greg as my realtor made my homeownership process a pleasant and stress-free experience! I provided Greg with my “must haves” for my home and he was able to show me a few houses to select from, he then scheduled the viewings ASAP, and before I knew it, I was making an offer! After accepting a bid and while going through the process of selling our house we were assisted by other members of Greg’s team. They were all professional and very helpful. After the house was sold we were looking for a house to rent. Greg was also very helpful with this. Although there was no commission to be earned, Greg spent time showing us rental properties. Fantastic experience: Greg did everything we could have hoped for while we were trying to find our new forever home. Fantastic experience: I hate leaving reviews. But this is one I’m happy to to take the time out for. Greg Petrelli is everything I’m looking for in a realtor. He’s the complete package. He stayed in constant communication with me. If there was ever a time I found myself lost in the process or not understanding something. Greg made sure I did. There were two qualities that really stood out for me working with Greg. One was his tremendous sense of urgency to get things accomplished. He attacked every issue till it was a non issue. He wasn’t standing around waiting for someone to get back to him. He was in there mixing it up and pushing the pace making things happen. Second, when I’m buying or selling a home. I’m looking for an aggressive negotiator. I don’t want to pay anymore than I have to buying. Or take a penny less when selling. I’m sure there were times when it would have been easier for Greg to cave. But he stayed in the fight till we hit our numbers. He’s hungry! Fantastic experience: When I tried to sell my house two years ago, I interviewed 5 sale agents. One was downright rude and arrogant. Some were new in the business and unprepared. Some seemed nice but more so a talker than a doer. Greg impressed me as a true professional who was willing to devote the time to market my property. He already prepared market data and comparative information when we first met. He was detail-oriented and ensured my house had the maximum exposure, especially in the first 2-3 weeks. He was aggressive, diplomatic but not pushy. Shortly after it was listed, I got a decent offer that I gladly accepted. As expected, buyer requested some fixings and Greg, through his contacts, resolved the problems with the least expenses within 48 hours which was impressive. One thing that stood out with Greg was at the closing. He had all documents ready and organized while the other agent scrambled with his folder for needed information. Selling or buying a house is undeniably painful, but Greg made the process smooth and overall pleasant. He is a seasoned and charismatic real estate agent and I highly recommend him.

Always willing to answer questions, even with a limited budget and when houses were going for prime. He saw my vision for my first house and didnt try to push me out of my comfort zone which i appreciated. When I did close on my house, he sent a house warming gift, and has been keen to keep in contact for updates of the work Ive been doing, as well as seasonal things that his company offers.
