She listened to our needs and wants, and helped us both sell for quite a bit above our asking price, as well as find our (hopefully) forever home. Negative experience: Not a great realtor to interact with as a buyer. Didn't even notify us our bid was rejected directly, forced our realtor to check the listing and find out it was updated to offer accepted. Pressured buyers to "perform" on bids even if the appraisal came in significantly under. All for a house valued well under 250k. I'd avoid looking at Nicole's listings if at all possible.

We had a great initial chat and she prepared me to kick my search into high gear when the time was right. Second, she's incredibly easy and easy to work with. She did a great job of playing pseudo-psychologist to help keep me calm and grounded through the stress of the process. The only reason I ended up in my home was because she quickly responded and got me in to see a brand new listing it's first day on market.
