I had a thousand questions and concerns and Charlie and his team handled everything with incredible care, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Negative experience: The worst landlord you could ever have the displeasure of renting from. Their homes are infested with mice and they refuse to take care of it. Their leases break the law. They won't pay you for the labor you do to maintain the lawn, even though the law says they have to. DO. NOT. RENT. From these terrible people.

The first buyers backed out but Joe took it in stride. After the sale, my grandparents are very happy with how Joe handled the whole home selling process.
