She has been so incredibly helpful throughout the process of building our new home in the Conservatory. Carolyn helped us find two beautiful lots and introduced us to Ali Karger, President of ICI Homes. Carolyn operates with integrity and advocates for her clients at every level. She has many years of experience and has a vast knowledge base of the market. Carolyn has been "front and center" from the beginning as we navigated the building process. She has gone "above and beyond" any expectations we had. Not only do we have the best realtor, but we have forged a great friendship. This was the best building experience we have ever had due to Carolyn's hard work and a great builder in ICI Homes. We give Carolyn more than a 5-star rating!

This time we used him to list our home and he has been leading our search for our new home purchase as well.
