Fantastic experience: We went through Jordan Euber when we purchased our house in Rutland and when we decided to sell it, so I can attest that he is a phenomenal realtor for whatever your situation is. Super easy to talk to and get along with, and he has a great work ethic. No matter the time or day, he is always quick to respond and figure out solutions to problems. When we decided to sell our Rutland house, he regularly checked in with updates and options to help get things moving. Fantastic experience: Josh is very kind, generous and professional. We had been looking around VT for a place and making various appointments on our own before really deciding the region we were focused on. Along the way while not being represented, we met many realtors. Part of the process of finding a home was also finding the right agent to help us find a home. We first met Josh at his listing just south of Rutland. While that home not right for us, we got to know Josh and decided to sign on for him to help us find a property. Josh was very patient with us. He was excellent at communicating and always on time. We negotiated on a few houses and Josh handled each one really well. When looking at a house, Josh has a good handle on noticing poor construction or design elements. He is intelligent and well-versed in all aspects of a home. We eventually were able to make a deal on a cute property in a great town and are very happy with our purchase. Josh was helpful all the way through the process. He was always present and available. He did the pre-closing walk-through without us and took a video for us. Josh was helpful in every way, even recommending and setting up appointments with service providers and the attorney.

A professional presentation of our home and property was completed which included photographs and video. The showings and open houses were scheduled. Fantastic experience: I recently sold a 4 unit investment property in the Rutland area. The transaction had some hiccups due to the fact that i don't live close to the property and was not readily available. I can't say enough about Josh and His team in terms of their attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile from start to finish. Josh and his team took the initiative to step up and get things done on my behalf not only for 2 sets of inspections, but dealing with contractors and helping at the last minute obtain final water and fuel readings. I work in the real estate investment space and have for some time. I have dealt with countless real estate professionals. Josh and His team are head and shoulders above the rest in the Rutland area. Fantastic experience: Josh was very knowledgeable about the Rutland area and helped us greatly in selling the home for a price at the high end of it’s market value. Very helpful in all aspects of our selling experience; many good suggestions, and found another buyer very quickly when our first contract did not work out for that buyer. Fantastic experience: Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was buying a home from another state and he arranged a plumber, electrician and inspections all for me when I couldn’t be there. He did all the hard work for me and I trusted him completely. Definitely recommend working with him.

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to work with Josh this past several months. Being from California, I was not familiar with many of the neighborhoods throughout the area. He was patient and attentive with me, and ultimately helped me through the process. He even did a virtual viewing with me on FaceTime and was there for the inspection, when I could not travel. My daughter is now working with Josh on another property in Rutland, and I am considering some investment property there as well. Josh, of course, will be my agent once again.

Fantastic experience: When moving to Vermont from NC in 2020 I spoke with Josh Lemieux of RE/MAX Summit. I chose RE/MAX having worked with the company before and knowing that they offer a high level of professionalism nationally. I believe Josh to be the best agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. At first glance I was sent a personalized introductory video from Josh himself. I made arrangements to travel from NC to VT to see homes that I was interested in. Josh changed his schedule on a dime to accommodate my travel plans changing. He then tirelessly showed me homes all over the area and with charm and humor found us the home of our dreams. Josh has a team who worked at breakneck speed to help us move to Vermont within 45 days of putting my offer in. This ReMax agent knows the right people to put you in front of when work needs to be done. The purchase was seamless. I never felt like I slid through the cracks or that there wasn’t someone there to answer all of my questions within the hour. Buying a home from far away is a challenge that presents its own opportunities. This specific challenge allowed me to work with the best. Fantastic experience: Josh was extremely helpful in the whole process. Due to Covid 19 we were really at the mercy of a good realtor to be our connection in a state we weren't able to visit. Fantastic experience: My mother and I are new to the Rutland area. We were fortunate to meet Josh. He is a phenomenal real estate agent. He is extremely helpful, honest, and easy to work with. My mother and I have been working with him separately on two different properties in the area. He has made this process as easy as possible, making plenty of accommodations due to the pandemic.
