Kristina worked tirelessly; she didn’t hesitate to drive to every location we showed interest in to walk us through each property. Negative experience: I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I had to with this realtor. Kristina was assigned to sell a 1.3 million dollar land and house. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. Honestly and integrity is huge with me, I caught Kristina in a lie when the land was under contract. I asked for a one week extension on the closing, she called me back a few hours later and stated the buyer was going to sue me if I didn’t close on the date of closing. I went ahead and closed but a few weeks later I talked to the buyers agent and I asked him about why we couldn’t close one week later due to an injury I sustained and getting farm equipment off the property. The buyers agent said they never received a request from Kristina Eck. I was under contract with Kristina for the sale of my house and I asked her to resign because she lied to me. She refused and reminded me we were under contract and threatened to sue me. I threatened that I will file a complaint with the real estate commission and she didn’t care. Right after that she went to the local sheriff and wanted to file charges for vandalism because one of her signs was blown over by the wind and ran over in the street. The sheriff laughed at her and told her no. The sheriff and I had a good conversation about Kristina and I’m sure she won’t be getting business in my part of Idaho. Kristina does not know water and water rights, I had to explain the process to every buyers realtor because Kristina never explained or even understood how water rights work. I can understand the lack of knowledge on water but I can’t do business with someone who lies for a paycheck. I would never do business with Kristina Eck ever again.
