Abode & Co. Real Estate & Co

Fantastic experience: Janice is so easy to work with. So much knowledge about the area. We would not have gotten our house with out her.

Fantastic experience: Really nice guy!

Fantastic experience: Janice Williams is absolutely amazing lady and realtor; including her husband Justin!! They both are very friendly, kind, respectful and treats you with care and importance. Janice is also a stager and trust her judgement even though you may feel like your home is empty….she know her business!! One of things I respect and like the most is she explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you understand everything. This is the first realtor I have dealt with that is this diligent!! We had some issues but she was so professionally in her dealing to make sure things worked out for all parties involved. Regardless of selling or buying trust Janice and/or Justin you will not regret the choice. This lady earns her money by her dedication to her profession!!!!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Larry was superior in everyway. Larry is professional, has excellent knowledge of the market and provided great insight and helped us through the sale of our home and purchase of building lot. We highly recommend Larry.

Fantastic experience: Larry is very skilled in all aspects of real estate sales. Uses common sense and logic in discussing details of transaction and minimizes the emotion commonly involved in real estate sales. I recommend him without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Mitch Duffin was the best real estate agent I've ever had. Heck, he is the best real estate agent I have ever heard of. We were selling our Mom's home but nobody was local and the house need a lot of work. Mitch filled in as general contractor and even pitched to fix things. He was truly amazing. I have no idea how we would have sold the house with out him.

Fantastic experience: It would have been impossible for us to close on our home without Larry. As first-time US home buyers living overseas, we presented an admittedly complicated case! But Larry gave us two very thorough virtual showings, including for the house we ended up buying. He also went to bat for us to give us an edge over another interested buyer. Abode's response time slowed a bit after our offer was accepted, but other than that we were completely happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: Abode and Co was a dream to work with! From the moment I met Shellie she was willing to help me and work with me until I found my perfect home! She is excellent at answering questions, very prompt with appointments, and is so detail oriented! I absolutely loved working with her!

Fantastic experience: Mitch Duffin was my realtor! He was fantastic!! He was an excellent communicator! Every step of the way he’d update me on my progress and what I needed to do and he knows all the ins and outs! After the sale was done, he helped me move in and has continued to help me in many ways! He is very kind, patient, and hard-working! Best realtor in Cache Valley!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Kristina E at Abode and she was fantastic! Extremely knowledgable about the market and always ready to tour a home (and there were many!) She was patient, understanding and always good humored. I never once felt any pressure to find a home or make an offer on something that wasn't exactly right or go over a price I wasn't comfortable with. I recently relocated to the area and Kristina was able to help guide me to just the right home. Would highly recommend working with her.

Fantastic experience: Janice is AMAZING!! She is trustworthy, friendly, kind, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We just purchased our first home and had such a positive experience working with Kristina Eck! After speaking with several real estate agents, we felt Kristina was the best match. She’s extremely knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and she worked hard to help us find a home quickly. We were unable to tour homes in person, and Kristina was very accommodating and confident we could still find something that we would love. She was right! Kristina went above and beyond to help us and she continues to check in occasionally and make sure everything is going well.

Fantastic experience: Buying our home in this crazy market, couldn't have gone smoother! If buying a home was a regular occurrence, we would use Terri every single time! We are so grateful for Terri's knowledge and the professionalism she showed during the entire process. It was so nice to know she wanted us to choose the home that was Perfect for us, not one we would just bet settling for.

Fantastic experience: Larry is great to work with. Whether you’re buying or selling, I recommend working with him and his team.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional realtor we have ever worked with. From not showing up for appointments on time to not reviewing contracts for mistakes prior to us signing them it was pretty much a disaster. They did get our home sold but we believe they worked harder for the buyers than they did for us. Make sure you review everything. Many mistruths were told.

Fantastic experience: We love Abode & Co. and we love Kristina Eck! She has helped us through the buying and selling process many times now and has truly become like family. We trust her immensely and she has always gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in the whole process. I truly cannot say enough good things.

Fantastic experience: Janice Williams is an AMAZING!!! Very attentive to her clients needs and wants!!! We search for months, put in what felt like hundreds of offers. She kept us motivated when we were ready to give up. I wouldn’t use anyone but her. She’s the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Mitch inherited a bunch of challenges due to a prior brokerage firm that had listed our home. He communicated very well before listing and just as well during. He recovered the situation perfectly and had our home under contract and closed quickly. There were a couple bumps along the way, but he handled those very well. His honesty and transparency is hard to find these days. If I need an agent in the future, no question, Mitch Duffin and Abode will be my choice!

Discouraged we talked to a friend who referred us to Abode & Co. They immediately made time for us and got us the town house in less than 2 weeks and with a WAY better interest rate. They took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were making a good choice as first time home buyers. 100% recommend Abode & Co they are so nice and genuinely care about you!
