Fantastic experience: From day one Brian was readily available each time we wanted to see a property. We called, he made the appointment most times we were at the property that same day. This was especially impressive to us since we were looking far outside where we presently lived and sometimes the drive was more than an hour away. Throughout our home buying process, Brian McNichol was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. We were extremely impressed by Brians negotiation skills. He managed to get us a seller assist to help us with closing costs in a market where that’s not so common anymore. His strategy during the negotiation phase was impressive, as he was calm cool and collective. We honestly can’t say enough about how happy we were with Brian as our agent.
