Fantastic experience: In 2021, my husband and I decided to move out of our home in Glenside and into a new home in .... well, we didn't know exactly where at first. Just somewhere more central to both our jobs. It was during a crazy time when houses were being sold in one weekend, and it was a little scary because we needed to time the purchase of a new home with the sale of our (then) current home. Enter Darice and her partner Philip. They were with us every step of the way and calmed our nerves during the entire process. Darice arranged for a home stager to come to our house and tell us exactly what we needed to do to prep our home for sale. They put it on the market on a Friday, and by Monday we had several offers, all over asking price. After accepting an offer, we had about one month to find a new home and have our offer accepted. While that was a stressful time for us, Darice and Philip listened carefully to what we were looking for and, within 2 weeks found us a lovely new home in Lafayette Hill -- an area we really didn't know much about and hadn't considered but that Darice encouraged us to consider. She and her team took control of the process, coordinated effectively with me and staged my home to sell it. And she did it promptly. It worked. My wife and I interviewed 5 realtors before selecting Darice. She clearly stood out and I’m glad I hired her to sell my property.
