Selling a home is stressful and you want someone that is optomistic and that you feel is really representing you as the seller.. We interviewed other realtors and when Tom and Eva sat in our home and talked to us my husband and I knew they were perfect to sell our home. They were so attentive to what we wanted and they wanted to help us make it happen! We wanted to list it quickly and they had an awesome photographer come out a couple of days later over memorial weekend. Their communication with us was what every seller wants throughout the entire process. When we got a list of repair requests, Tom immediately sent me a list of repairman. I really wanted all the repairs done that week. When I was not sure the one guy would be able to make it out to the home in time, he followed up with them to make sure we could accomplish our goal, and we did! Our impression of Tom and Eva is that they are very professional and really instill confidence in you. They are easy going and just the sweetest couple. We listed the house and got an immediate offer and closed in 30 days. Tom and Eva did an outstanding job for us!!

Fantastic experience: Tom and Eva were absolutely the best team for our family! We listed and were under contract in less than 48 hours and that is not even the best part. They were there for us at every step of the way. Going well beyond what was required or even expected. From helping with a few minor repairs, to taking the trash out for us since our move required us to leave a few weeks before closing. They (and their little elf helpers) even cleaned and swept out the garage for the next owners, helped get items to donate out of the house and checked on the home while we were in the middle of a cross country move. Fantastic experience: This review is WAY overdue, as it's been a couple of months since closing. But I couldn't let any more time pass without writing a review for Tom. From the first day we met, he was prepared and ready to market. It was just a matter of me saying when. He had an amazing photo/video guy onsite immediately, and was quick to market the night before across multiple social media platforms. The morning my house hit the market, I had a showing, with an offer that afternoon. That was followed by multiple offers for the next 5 days after. I believe this was all due to the prep work that Tom put in. Tom is extremely responsive, answered all my questions, and openly communicated with me - even when out of state on vacation. We tried to sell our house twice before with two separate realtors. The first one was great but we had to back out for personal reasons. Fast forward a few years and we were ready to sell again. The second realtor suggested way too much work be done prior to selling. Needless to say we didn't go with her. Tom came out, viewed the house, ran his numbers, took pictures and listed it. Yes, after the inspector came out, a few things needed to be fixed but nothing compared to what the second realtor stated! The house sold super fast and at a great price!
