Fantastic experience: I am now a 7yr resident and I Love it here the staff is friendly, the maintenance request are quickly resolved and it’s very quiet and the property is well manicured always. It has multiple dog areas. The property is not a huge over crowded property like some are. I Love Wood Meade property.

Positive experience: I live right by the dog park, and unfortunately cleanliness has become a serious issue. Many residents, especially those with small dogs, do not pick up after their pets. Dog poop is left all over the area, making it unpleasant and unsanitary for everyone. I really hope management addresses this issue soon through better enforcement, reminders, or by installing cameras so the dog park can be enjoyed by all residents.

Fantastic experience: The time I walked in Victoria was super friendly, supportive and she gave proper guidance. Next day, I went again , I found Leslie who was also so kind and she helped me very much. You are doing amazing . May god bless you . I literally visited more than 4/5 times. Negative experience: I lived at Woodmeade Apartments from 2022-2025, mostly due to affordability at the time. The only positive thing I have to say is the maintenance team was great, management not so much. (Par for the course with apartment complexes, I know.) Get used to airplane noise directly overhead, CONSTANTLY. Realistically, the complex has an awful location right next to a main airport, but there really is no getting used to the planes flying over all day, every day. During that time, I had a neighbor who smoked cigarettes constantly inside of the adjoining apartment. Second hand smoke was constantly coming through the wall, and the stench was awful. I told management about it multiple times. Their response was ‘We’ll look into it.’ Of course they didn’t care, I eventually had to ask the neighbor to stop smoking, which they of course didn’t. I mentioned this as a reason as to why I was leaving, and management acted like they’d never heard of this as a problem until now. What a joke! I was woken up many times with the police being called in the middle of the night, mostly for domestic dispute stuff and rowdy, drunk people blasting music too loud. Nothing would ever be resolved by the complex, the same problems would continue to happen until police were called again. Management will do anything they can to charge you more money, especially at move out. Make sure to document everything with pictures of your own, and a walk through with management (which they’ll likely deny you.) They tried to charge me for ‘Carpet Damage,’ which they had no documentation of, no pictures, nothing. Had to get the charge taken off before final payment. Those are just a few of the issues I had while living here. Good luck getting the same person in the leasing office to help you as well, there seems to be a lot of turnover with office staff. This place will probably be ‘Under New Management Soon!’

Negative experience: Their towing service is absolutely ridiculous. I completely understand the purpose of towing, and that monitoring and managing the parking area for their residents is a priority. Towing a vehicle at 6 in the afternoon is not doing that, it feels like a predatory service, and completely discourages me from saying nice things about this complex, or EVER recommending someone here. Management should really consider a better registering service, or should consult with the tow company to tow during a more reasonable time, because I know that they can. You’re not providing ‘great’ service to your residents or their guests, you’re nitpicking.

Negative experience: I have lived here for over 7 year and they will randomly charge you for stupid shit. They definitely discriminate and pick who they will charge. I been charged 50 dollars multiple times with out warning for having two items. While other people will have a lot more. They will NOT warn you. and you will be charge no matter what. They do not work with you and management is a joke. Plus they charge like they are a 5 star location when it's old as heck I'll be going to the city to put in a complain about the random charges and discrimination they do here.

Negative experience: I almost never leave reviews, but here’s my input on this community. My parents and I lived here from April 2019 to May 2025 and quite frankly, it was a very good stay at the beginning until a change in management occurred. They do not care about their tenants’ needs and the employees are extremely rude. I genuinely do not recommend this community.

Woodmead Apartments Home staffing make you feel like Family to it residents and not just another number occupying space. Very, Very engaging with families and children throughout activities and events. Let me testify. I could have been homeless plenty of times but Woodmead staffing are so heartfelt and sensitive to your needs in how they could meet them. I was able to continue my stay. Negative experience: If I could give this place a 0 on stars I would! This place will give an app for towing but yet know that it has issues! When you call to ask for help they give you the minimal assistance! I had my car towed while visiting my mother and trying to have them also assist with the app. They knew about the issue but didn’t once care to return a call or yet an email until the following day! I had to take out my car and my $300 and on top the place that they have they don’t answer and you have to go to the place and wait for hours who even get information! When we spoke yo management they are unwilling to help with returning my funds because according to them then information was not put in right! But again when we called they gave a vegue instruction! Not only that since the put this in place they have had issue with the app! You guys are horrible! And to come to think I wanted to move in to one of your apartments after this experience there in no way in hell I will ever rent from you guys! Hope you guys can sleep right knowing you literally left someone with any funds when they are here visiting there parents but on a budget!

Negative experience: I lived here in apt 1250 from July 6 2022-October 3 2023. At first this complex seems great. The office staff is nice, tons of parking, quick maintenance response. Don’t be fooled. There were roaches from the day I moved in. Did not get rid of them until I hired a pest control company to come out monthly. My car was broken into while living here. Come move out day I leave the apartment in amazing condition. I left a tv wall mount on the fireplace and two scratched floorboards from moving my couch. I even brought in someone from the office to give her seal of approval. I informed her the washing machine pump was leaking handed in my keys and left. Would you believe that not only did I not get my deposit back, but instead got charged thousands instead. This place is a joke. Review the pictures below and you’ll see how money hungry and insane the management is here. Thousands of dollars in damages where ?!? Take my advice and seek living arrangements elsewhere.

Negative experience: Moved before couple of weeks. Leasing staffs are extremely friendly but this place seems to be unsafe. Parked my car on a reserved port but all the wheels and tires were stolen. Had to register a police complaint. I am now worried if this will happen again

Negative experience: I was living at Woodmeade for last 1.5years and vacated it last month(June). They charged me a carpet cleaning fee of around $90 even though a professional cleaning happened from their end in the month of march and I cleaned from my end before leaving. According to them under the carpet needs to be cleaned as well which can only happen with a commercial heavy duty vacuum cleaner. So are they expecting a resident to have that commercial vacuum cleaner? It was Unexpected/Surprise Charge.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been living at Woodmeade for about 10 months and I absolutely love it. My apartment is near the pool and dog park and it’s so ideal for my children. When I was apartment hunting Tracy (I believe was her name) was so friendly and helpful in finding the right apartment for me .The square footage is a bit less than my old apartment but it’s something me and my husband absolutely overlook due to the comfort and tranquility of living here. The office does decorating contest for certain seasons and since I’m a horror fan, I participated in the Halloween decorating contest and WON. I got a $75 gift card which was just about what I spent in decorations. The maintenance here is a breathe of fresh air, I’ll put a work order in through the app which is extremely easy to use btw I also pay my rent and water bill on there, and maintenance will literally come first thing the next morning. Overall I love living here and hopefully our families next step will be a house but this place is a great place holder till then. (They do offer a larger apt. With more square footage but it’s out of our budget.)

Positive experience: The apartments are cost friendly. If you live in the middle of the complex Parking spaces are limited. There’s no guarantee you will come home and park next to your apartment or close by. The community is quiet.

Negative experience: Do not apply here, they take your money and stop communicating with you. Virginia was the only one who was nice. The other lady told me she would communicate with me but never did now I am out of 70 dollars plus staying in a hotel Thanks !!

Negative experience: Overall the apartments aren't bad. They are some of the more affordable apartments in the area, so you get what you paid for. I haven't had a lot of issues with maintenance except for recently, when my apartment flooded due to another resident leaving their tap on after they moved out. It started when I came home after work and my carpet was soaked, and water was coming through my wall. I called the emergency maintenance line and it went to voicemail... Fortunately someone did come by that evening and told me that the problem was due to another resident's shower that should have been fixed weeks ago, but now it is fixed. But the problem wasn't fixed, and the water continued to leak through the wall into my apartment. I continued to call the emergency line (always went to voicemail) and put in work requests, but it wasn't until 3 days later that someone returned to actually fix the problem by simply turning off the neighbor's tap. 3 days is not acceptable by any means to fix water leaking through the wall. That was three days of me having to mop up water and wet carpets, and all that was needed to prevent the issue was for someone to just turn off the tap in a vacant apartment! Very disappointing. UPDATE - August 2023 After expressing my concerns regarding the slow water repair that occurred in March, management told me that they were sorry, and that they would talk to the maintenance team and do some training to make sure this doesn't happen again. Well, in August my wall began leaking again, so I called the emergency number, I talked to a technician, but then they never came to make the repair. The next day, I called the office, and they told me, "they were sorry to hear that", and put in another work request for the wall. I adjusted my rating to one star, due to this reoccurring problem of water leaking from the wall, and the lackluster response from management to resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been living here for a little over 6 months I have no complaints. Whenever there’s an issue workers are very prompt to getting the job done. The office workers always call after work has been completed, to verify everything was done correctly. Also the place is very clean, I would definitely recommend these apartments for a place of residence!

Negative experience: Literally the worst living experience thus far of my life let’s start by how the apartment above me bathroom had 2 leaks one for every time they flushed there toilet one every time they showered I done a work order at least 8 times it was never fixed also they cut the water off at least twice a month for some dumb reason and it be off literally all day there’s no parking it’s the price of luxury but quality of section 8 I could go on and on I WISHED I LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS NOW IM JUST TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE FROM THIS DISASTER DO NOT DO IT TO YOUR SELF KEEP LOOKING

Negative experience: They will lie and steal from you. I applied for and was approved then there was issues with my application…after the manager told me since I had nsf fees that put my app at risk but I asked Joshua the leasing agent I was working with to have them cancel the payment that caused the nsf to be made AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM $562 for the same fees they were charging me for so I wanted to cancel my move and THE ASSISTANT MANAGER MICHEAL LIED AND SAID MY ADMIN AND MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS NONE REFUNDABLE and LIED LIKE IT SAID THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT SAYS IT NO WHERE. He also told me that the issue at hand was my fault and has been very rude since then so I got rude back to them and now they won’t return my money. SO IF YOU APPLY HERE BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ALSO CANCELLED MY FULL APPLICATION LIKE I NEVER APPLIED BUT WHAT THEY FORGOT IS I HAVE EMAILS THAT SHOW OTHERWISE and a lawyer will be contacted.

Fantastic experience: I just moved in this apartment. As we couldn't check the unit before, we found some technical issues in that unit and it was not applicable to live in. I went to the leasing office and Christy helped us in very professional way. As it was weekend, she was all alone in the leasing office. She contacted the property managers and gave us a new unit to move in. I would suggest that apartment management should thoroughly check the apt before giving to a new resident and we as a resident should also check the unit fully to be on the safe side. Overall because of Christy, our moving in the new place went fine. I hope apt management has taken good care of her. And I wish to see all apt management employees as professional and helpful like Christy. I hope the future journey with woodmeade will go well.

Positive experience: I would recommend renting here at Woodmeade Apartments because the apartments are nice, fairly quiet & secluded. I don't care for the way rent is calculated using software but it is still very reasonable compared to others. I absolutely love the maintenance team and give them 5 stars! Very rare to receive a perfect rating from me but the team is very nice, respectable, quick & thorough. They take their time, clean up behind themselves to the point you couldn't tell they were there. Most of them will even take my trash bags from me to the dumpster when they see me coming out of my apartment!

Negative experience: Since the first day I moved in we've had roaches and it's been 4 months. They won't let you contract your own pest control. If I could move now I would. Wouldn't recommend. Update: moved out in may 2020 still had roaches for 15months, ceiling fan fell down, wall sockets paneling fell off and hella wasps...... GOOD LUCK!

Negative experience: This is based on the customer service. & this was just my experience so I hope it helps anyone interested in this property. I requested information and a virtual tour via rent cafe. After 24 hours of not hearing back, I called, only to be transferred and then HUNG up on. Shortly after I was emailed a virtual tour. No content, no “please see attached” nothing. Just the tour. If they don’t care about you before you’re a resident, they won’t care when you move in.

Negative experience: This apartment is one of the worse apartments in Irving,Texas. They have good apartments but their service is below poor. They promise one heaven on earth but can't deliver. All they want is their own share/ pound of flesh without blood. One can NEVER get parcels that can not enter individual mailbox received in the apartment office. God! What a punishment to live here!

Negative experience: Edit: Called and spoke to Connie about my charges and the difference and she couldn’t even explain them to me. Just hung up in my face. I was charged totally different in Estelle creek. Charges 150 to resurface tile 150 to resurface tub 2 bathrooms equal 600.00 200 to paint Any portion of the carpet stain starts at 100.00 They charge you twice for water bill 85.00+45.00 upon move out. Straight get overs, Don’t expect to get your security deposit back. All she could say is nobody in this office knows you. Of course you don’t, you pick and choose who bills you run up and you figured since I paid Estelle creek I would just pay any amount. My apartment I’m Estelle creek was bigger and Prices were different. I have 4 friends who have moved out of this apartment within the last 3 months with the same/similar damages they are claiming as mines who all DEPOSIT covered there’s. I guess because I’m the single parent of 3 my bill can be higher? I’m definitely bringing them to small claims court with my bill and friends bills and pictures. The comparison is 100 percent different. It’s horrible and I hope y’all sleep good at night knowing your charging everyone different prices. 200.00 to paint? I’m confused if anyone stays in an apartment for more than a year, why wouldn’t you paint for the next family? 85.00 for water bill, when I already paid my water bill? I want them to explain every little detail in small claims court and the difference from my friends bill. The apartment was horrible, the air condition went out atleast 4 times a month. You call the emergency maintenance and tell you wait until morning because they can’t work at night, well what’s the purpose of EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. The people upstairs from me went atleast 2 weeks with a ac unit in there living room window before they actually fixed there’s. So imagine a family having to stay in one room for two weeks. Our light bill was always over 300. When it rains it comes directly in your house, I had to put towels by the front door to catch it. I also had to tape a cardboard to the front door because it didn’t seal and if I didn’t bugs galore would just walk right in my house. They have no dog restriction so just imagine having to sit in your car for over an hour waiting for someone to realize they pit got loose. I had a cat ran in my house once and it took maintenance a hour to get it out all for him to just let him loose out the door. The police stays back there, just parked because so much drug activity is going on. The pool by the clubhouse is always closed because the office staff throws pool parties every night and on weekends In the summer. No playground for the kids so imagine them running around all night with no supervision. I paid for covered parking because if not you had to fight for parking every night. They have a ton of broke cars just parked their. Then to top it off they built a energy plant right next door, so now you’ll see a cancer increase in next year I guarantee you. All those apartments in that area are sister properties, they all share the same maintenance crew so good luck with getting anything done. You have to call them 2-3 times a day just to come fix your air condition. Then say it’s not put down so make sure you get a name of the person who you spoke with. The water faucets would make this horn sound when it came on, could wake the whole neighborhood up. Not to mention the funk that comes out of it for the first few seconds. You pay your bill online all for them to send you a notice saying you still owe something. So don’t expect the same bill every month. The rent increases a 100+ every year. They know the apartments are horrible so don’t be blinded by the upkeep of the outside area, the inside is what’s important. They even make you sign a 15 month lease because they know once your leased you gotta stay. It’s was so horrible where my friend apartment was. Dealing with the drugs in that area and upstairs neighbors fighting and her coming home from work late at night didn’t make it better she had to break her lease.

Positive experience: I haven't even moved in yet and I've already had tons of issues. Really wish I had heeded the reviews and chosen someplace else. Will update after moving in, but truthfully not expecting my experience to be stellar.
