Fantastic experience: Buying a house is never an easy task, especially when moving from state to state. We found Tracey through her incredibly helpful videos on YouTube where she would take the time to do individual deep dives into the many different areas, towns, and cities around the DFW Metroplex. It was from watching these deep dives into a town that we found some areas of interest and then were able to take it a step further with Tracey’s videos where she would then go into specific communities within a city/town. These video really helped narrow our search down when we could not physically do the search ourselves. By the time we reached out to Tracey we had a set list of areas and communities we wanted to hone in on all thanks to her comprehensive videos. The best thing about working with Tracey is how genuine and real she is. The same person we binge watched on YouTube is the same person we got face to face when we flew in. Tracey would set up Zoom calls for us, fill in for us at the time of final inspection, and treat us like family by always looking out for us and keeping our best interest in mind. I do not see us buying/selling anytime soon thanks to Tracey helping us find our dream home, but once a Serrell always a Serrell!
