Fantastic experience: Lovely place to stay with easy access to the university and major roads. Comfortable rooms. Well-appointed kitchen.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Reno! Perfect for our family and friends — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful, quiet, and the views were absolutely stunning! We felt right at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Fantastic experience: Loved our stay, beautiful home, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Most definitely would stay again.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to an incredible variety of restaurants, an amazing ice cream shop, and a one-of-a-kind coffee spot that we’re still thinking about and walked to everyday of our stay. The neighborhood felt vibrant yet relaxed, making it perfect for both downtime and exploring. What made it even more ideal was how close it was to the convention center, which made getting to our basketball tournament so easy and stress-free. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and just as described, a perfect home base for our trip. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Negative experience: Zero stars. Jerry Williams is a horrible communicator and mislead many things about the property. Renting from him was a disaster.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place. If your visiting Reno, I highly recommend it. The place was clean, everything worked and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts are outstanding. We never felt like we couldn’t reach out if we needed anything!

Fantastic experience: Great place, really great location!

Fantastic experience: Host was very responsive and the place had everything we needed. Well kept, updated features, and had great local recommendations. Will be back again!

Fantastic experience: Great place with plenty of space for a big group for our annual ski trip to Tahoe. Ian and Matt were great and great at communicating and accommodating our needs. Would love to stay here again when we visit Tahoe in the future.

Negative experience: I stayed at matt anf Ian's air bnb in reno and accidentally left a personal item behind upon checking out- not an uncommon occurance at hotels or bnbs...When I messaged them to alert them and ask if it could be returned I was told they would check into it. Days later I inquired again after no action was seemingly taken. Then again days after that and again met with reassurance that they would look into it. I don't believe anything was done to retrieve the item. Either their cleaning crew took it and claimed it as their own or they overlooked it and it was taken by the following guests. In any case my property was not recovered and I was met with a blatantly rude response from them- that I should make sure I do better at collecting my things before checking out - which isn't incorrect but the way it came across was pompous and arrogant. On top of that the home is in disrepair in several aspects and one of the chairs broke and collapsed as soon as it was sat in. Very dangerous. The home was clean enough and the bathroom amenities were nice however, In conclusion I would not recommend booking a stay with these guys as they don't seem to value their customers or care to be cordial in interaction. They certainly don't care that my personal item was taken.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely a 5 star place, everything was amazing, clean, comfortable, quiet zone, secure, the host is incredible. Definitely will come back .

Fantastic experience: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property in Reno, Nevada. The house was neat, had lots of space for guests, and was stocked with helpful essentials when traveling. Instructions were clear and we had a wonderful trip! 5 star vacation spot!

Fantastic experience: Great location, beautiful house and amazing amenities.

Fantastic experience: This was an extremely spacious, clean and comfortable house in a quiet apartment complex. We had an assigned parking spot right next to the house, and guest spots further away for additional cars. It was nice to have king beds in both bedrooms. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was awesome. Full kitchen and big living room. Also, it was fairly close to I80 which made it convenient to go skiing. Ian and Matt were extremely easy to communicate with, sent detailed instructions and were responsive to requests. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Reno.

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Jerry Williams at Tahoe Valley Properties for the last few months and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! I felt overwhelmed initially trying to figure out how to convert our home into a long term rental and Jerry was referred to us by our real estate agent and I am so glad. Jerry is kind, professional, a clear communicator, helpful, transparent, and deeply networked in the area, honestly everything you want in a property manager. Once we said we were officially ready to move forward he had the house listed within a few days and by the end of the week already had great new tenants vetted and signed. He offered us a few very high quality potentials and helped us narrow down who we wanted to rent to and it has been such an easy process for us. We needed help fixing the AC unit and our AC guy flaked on us but Jerry got his AC contact in and fixed the problem. The tenants wanted the upstairs furniture removed, and Jerry took care of that in a weekend. If you are looking for a property manager, I strongly encourage you to reach out to Tahoe Valley Properties and I am confident after one call or meeting with them you will see their care and competence and want them on your team. We are so grateful for Jerry!

Fantastic experience: Jerry is our property manager for several rentals we have. Jerry provides excellent service from preparing the property to be rented, finding a qualified renter and responding to renters needs. He always responds quickly to all aspects of managing property. Our phone calls and emails to him are returned within the hour. Jerry has a list of reliable workers to call if property repairs are needed.

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Tahoe Valley Properties to any home owner in the Reno or Tahoe area looking for an outstanding vacation rental management company. I worked closely with Ian who was with us every step of the way, from property set up to our first set of guests, and the entire team is highly skilled and responsive. We plan to acquire more vacation rentals in the lake tahoe area and will certainly be using this company to help manage all of them!

Fantastic experience: Great vacation rental management company. They’ve taken care of every aspect, making the process super easy for us. Wish i used them sooner rather than doing it myself
