Fantastic experience: If you want to work with the best Realtor in Lake Tahoe, then pick Billy Watters. He helped me buy my house on the West Shore that I totally love. In fact, in our buying process he talked me out of 3 houses telling me I could do better… he did not go for the easy sale but made sure we found our dream home. Beyond being an amazing person, he is so knowledgeable about the area and thinks of everything such as is the house facing the right way, how much snow load to worry about, what needs to be fixed and who to call in the area. Coming from the Bay Area, I did not even think to ask those important questions that are important for the area. Even after we closed which was totally easy since he knows everyone to go to, he even guided me on how to do things around the house such as how to clear defensible space and how to burn yard waste when I was scared to do it the first time. He actually came to help! Talk about above and beyond! I feel like I got more than just a Realtor, but a friend.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Bill on multiple real estate transactions and could not be happier. Bill is the consummate professional. I have not hesitated to refer family and friends for his services. The world needs more people like Bill.

Fantastic experience: We were put in touch with Billy by a mutual friend and couldn't have asked for more in an agent: he toured us around the Truckee region, showed a range of properties on multiple occasions whenever it suited our schedule and ultimately sought out an off-market property that fit what we wanted perfectly. His team's guidance throughout the offer and contract process was excellent, we felt we were in good hands throughout the entire transaction. There could have been a touch more thoroughness on double-checking a small number of the details within some of the legal papers, but that's probably more me being a stickler for accuracy than a detraction from Billy and his team. The icing on the cake was Billy also put us in touch with local tradesmen and a contractor to handle minor renovations post-transaction, really and fantastic end-to-end partner that I'd highly recommend!
