Negative experience: Todd had someone drop some garbage on my doorstep. Attempted to tape it but it didn't hold. It happened at 9:45 on a Friday night. I was almost asleep. My dogs went berserk. Poor kid looked like her messed himself as a result. Eventually fell asleep two hours later. TODD: PLEASE KEEP YOUR REAL ESTATE/TV PERSONALITY GARBAGE OFF OF MY DOOR AND PORCH. I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT AND I DON'T WANT IT. PRETTY SURE THE REST OF US FEEL THE SAME.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Collier is such an incredible realtor to work with! She made selling and buying go smoothly and made sure we were happy with both processes. She let me ask so many questions and was always available with step-by-step communication to address concerns and needs. She never pressured us at any point in the process. She also made our home look amazing in person and in ads to help it sell - she brought in professional photography & videography, including drone footage showcasing the surrounding attractions. Ashley hosted a 5-hour open house, which resulted in 2 qualified offers, 1 of which was cash! She handled all negotiations for us to help us get the most out of the process, which resulted in us going under contract in just 4 days in a slowed-down market (and we got $3k over asking!). Closing was so smooth and quick. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else, and we will definitely use Ashley from RealtyByAshley anytime in the future - highly recommend her!
