Fantastic experience: Matt Sprunt is the absolute best. He is dedicated, efficient, and willing to do whatever it takes to get your home sale across the finish line. He helped us sell our house, and we were blown away by the quality of his work and his level of communication. We also love the up front flat fee pricing. Fantastic experience: Update: I don't know why anyone would ever hire a different Realtor than Matt and Utah Home Central. We just used him again to buy a house for our return to Utah. We couldn't find one we liked on our house hunting trip so he used Google Meet to walk us through homes virtually in both Summit and Utah County. He helped us offer on a house without having seen it in person! I was really grateful that he gave us good advice and information but supported us in our "out of the box" decisions. We're all moved in now and I love our new home more than any other we've ever owned. Last but not least, the rebate check was life saving! We're now selling our previous home out of state and the rebate has allowed us to invest it in that process so we can earn even more money on that return! Matt is so generous, talented, and such a blessing! Finding Matt was a miracle. We were out of state when our house was listed—he checked on the property for us when we had concerns, showed our house to FSBO buyers, AND held open houses! All for a fraction of the commission other realtors take. Matt is the best realtor out there!!!

Fantastic experience: Matt was so great to work with through each stage of our home selling process. He gave great advice for staging our home, prepped us on what to expect once we listed our home and did an excellent job pricing our home appropriately. Fantastic experience: Matt from Utah Home Central was great! He originally helped us get our home listed for sale with great pictures and listing with a fast turn around time . Because of a family circumstance we pulled it from the market fairly quickly and decided to keep the house. A few months later Matt helped us buy a second property and everything went very smoothly. He was able to coordinate and handle much of the communication between the seller, lender, and title companies which made it a low stress easy buying situation for us! I especially like their business model with listing and buying fees. I will be using Utah Home Central for future transactions!

Fantastic experience: We bought a house in 2019, turned it into a rental property and then moved out of state in 2020. In August 2023 we decided to put it on the market. Our friend Blake Gorringe recommend that we talk to Eric Sprunt about listing our home. I was a little wary because he was a “discount” realtor and read that they don’t put in as much effort as “full price” realtors. Boy, I was wrong! Eric put in 110% on selling our house! Since we couldn’t physically be there, he did EVERYTHING. He was amazing!!! If I had more houses to sell, he would be the one to help me sell them all! I highly highly recommend him for selling your home!

Fantastic experience: Matt and Hollie were a dream to work with, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We kept so much of our money working with them, but got the advantages of being represented by experienced realtors. Let me preface this review by saying I really think realtors for the most part are unnecessary middle men these days, but the system requires them. So paying them 6% to do the same job no matter the sale price seems unfair. They gave us red carpet service, scheduling showings for us while they were on vacation, working nights and weekends, counseling with us on everything, drawing up papers at their son's wedding and so much more. They felt like partners, and by the end of our journey they felt like friends. They are more than fair with their rates and they offer you a buyers reward for buying with them which is a percentage back on their commission, who does that! I can't rave enough about them. There is no fakeness or them trying to sell themselves to you. They don't pressure you or overwhelm with unnecessary things. I would recommend them to anyone and I'm so happy to have found our realtors. Just call them, you won't find a better option.

Negative experience: This company is a scam. They made an offer and waited 7 days before closing to drop their Offer by a large amount forcing you to re- list your house and lose the house you are under contract to buy. They want brand new home conditions and if they don’t see it in a 2006 house they reduce their offer to an unacceptable level. Beware!! Beware!!

Fantastic experience: Yes, I saved a ton of money because Matt charges a flat rate and not a commission and that alone may have warranted the review; however, there's more to say! He is full service. I've bought and sold many homes with several realtors and his service equaled or surpassed previous realtors I've used and they charging 3%. He was very professional, insightful, I felt confident in his strategy to sell my home for the best price over other realtors I interviewed, his use of technology made it so easy, but most of all he was always available to answer questions, talk through concerns, or simply collaborate with throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: After using Matt and Hollie, I do not know why anyone uses a traditional real estate agent. I got far better service for a fraction of the cost. My house sold in less than a week for well above what other houses in the neighborhood where going for. They were always available to talk, very smart in their suggestions, didn’t try and pressure me into taking offers like the % commission agents always did in the past, and went above and beyond what I asked of them. It was also nice being able to get the opinion of two people. Seriously though, you could pay over $10 grand more to use an agent and get poorer service or you can use Matt and Hollie and use that money to remodel your new house. I totally plan on purchasing with them as well. They offer a nice rebate on the buying commission which will be nice for remodels (or offering more in this crazy market).

Fantastic experience: I was a little skeptical at first, but wanted to get the most out of my house so we decided to give them a try. We were assured they were a full service real estate company and that they would be with us the whole way. They got all the paperwork done, gave great advice, has amazing pictures taken, answered all questions, negotiated well on our behalf and above all made sure we were always comfortable as we were selling our home out of state. Best part we got everything we needed from an agent and ended up saving $9,710 in commissions we would of paid going with a conventional 3% agent. I am so happy we made the decision to try them out. Selling your home is such a stressful thing and they made it so much easier for us. Now the house is sold, I know we got a great deal and saved so much more then money (even though we saved a lot) we saved the headache by working with such professionals. Negative experience: I paid $200 for basic service and uploaded home info on website on 08/03/18. My credit card was charged. I hadn't heard or received anything from the company. I contacted on 08/09/18 and they said they hadn't received anything from me. I told them I signed up for the basic service online. I am not sure what there issues are. I used Redefy when selling a home in Colorado and was excellent flat fee service. Unfortunately, they don't operate in Utah yet.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this company. Didn't get the service that was promised to us. Outdated ways of communication and service. There was no checking in or any type of communication (i.e. phone calls). A few emails and a few text messages. We did all the work, all the checking in, all the questions on what was happening with our home. Our home was listed for over 66 days and not one offer, no interest, and I couldn't get our realtor to do any reaching out. It was very disappointing. We had to recommend an open house, and didn't get any info for over 3 hours after the open house. Very frustrating when you have multiple people coming through your home and you have to check in to see what is going on, with no info from the realtor, nor was there any info on the open house... " we will see" is what was said in a text message! Really? Do not use this company, do some homework, make sure your realtor works for you. This is not the place. Matt, I wish it was a better experience. I wish I didn't feel like it was in the dark about what was going on, I wish you had more to offer. I'm sad to have had this experience. I felt as though you gave up and walked away. Which you pretty much did, only 25 message from you in the month of June and I was the one asking each time for feedback and how things went. You were happy to walk away. It's really too bad.

Fantastic experience: We found Utah Home Central online - at first it sounded too good to be true. What? A FULL SERVICE Realtor for a flat fee that's less than Homie? Well, that's exactly what they delivered to us. We found a service that was professional, offered great advice, marketed our home excellently, and was super responsive to all our questions and inquiries. Why do a "For Sale By Owner" when you can have Utah Home Central deliver a great FULL SERVICE home sale experience for less? Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Matt is amazing. We used him to sell our home in 2010 and purchase another that same year. Several years later we used him again to sell our home in 2017. He communicated extremely well and understood our needs and wants. He really cares and listens to you. Things were smooth for sure. The pricing that he offers is more than fair and really helps.
