As Kim says,“I don’t want you to spend a single dollar on fixing up the house that won’t give you at least a dollar back.” The home I sold had some outdated features and deferred maintenance items. Mike and Kim skillfully balanced their recommendations for repairs and staging, ensuring that the house was ready for sale. They provided an excellent detailed punch list of tasks that needed to be completed, making the process straightforward and manageable. Mike’s understanding of the local market was evident in his pricing strategy. We priced the house competitively, attracting good traffic to open houses and generating multiple offers within days of listing. Our house sold for 8% over the asking price, which was precisely what Mike had predicted. Once we accepted an offer, they did an excellent job of getting the deal over the finish line and having a successful close. You'll be in good hands if you select Fix and Fashion to represent you and your home.

Fantastic experience: Fix & Fashion listed our mom's house. We interviewed three realtors, all recommended by family or friends. We asked each to prepare a market analysis to determine listing price and forecast final sale price. Kim and Mike were the only ones to do the assignment. (Others walked in and said, "Based on our experience and feel for the market, we should list at ...") In the end, their numbers (lower than the others) were right on target for listing and eventual sale price (10% above asking), as was their timeline for listing, showings, negotiations, and contract. And their advice on staging was also great! I was very impressed by how smoothly they handled all these aspects of our transaction.

Our house is from 1790 and not your normal run of the mill home. They delivered on everything they said they would, and more. The photos came out great. The marketing was amazing in that we had over 100 home visits within 2 to 3 weeks. Cathy was relentless is booking showings and gave us feedback on every one of them. They did a great job handling offers with sound advice and follow through. Cathy did a great job with walking us through the closing.
