Fantastic experience: I imagine that in the world of Real Estate, as in almost all services, people decide to hire a person or company based on the recommendation of friends and family. In our case, it was not like that. We met OrElvys Sanabria because he was the listing agent for a property that my husband and I were interested in and his approach and the knowledge he brought to the conversation from the first moment seemed very good to us. When we found the property that we ended up buying, we decided to call him to represent us. The experience was unbeatable: peace of mind, smooth transition, everything was fulfilled according to schedule and as we discussed from the beginning. He is the person who is going to get the things done and that is the most important thing for us. Many thanks to you, OrElvys, and to your team!! Ivette & Rolando.

Fantastic experience: Don't look any further!! Elvys is your guy. On the FIRST open house we got a buyer and closed. We were impressed on his ability to create the right opportunities to sell the house. His visions of what we needed to fix before we posted the property and epic pictures of the house just took our sales value up a notch above the rest at a minimum cost to our pocket. It was such a smooth and worry free process because he took care of all the details for us. He even stepped in to do minor handyman work when ours was too sick to go. He definitely saved our day for the walk through. We are so happy we were referred to him and would definitely highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quick and smooth sale with the biggest bang for their buck!! Thank you again Elvys

Fantastic experience: Best Realtor that I've ever work with, as an investor and a real estate developer my experience working with Orelvys and his team has been extremely successful ,his knowledge about the real estate market is vast and diverse, looking foward to get another deal done.!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excelent Agent. Someone you can trust.

Fantastic experience: Orelvys Sanabria amazed me at how quickly he responded to my initial phone call. I was "shopping" for a real estate agent and he was the first to get back to me. He gave me excellent tips on how to stage my house and how to prepare the house for showings. I had an offer a couple of weeks after the house was on the market. Orelvys was always available for me and I had a very positive experience. Buying and selling a home at the same time was the most stressful thing I've ever done. Orelvys made the process extremely smooth and had us approved and ready to close within our financing period. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Fantastic experience: We'd like to thank Orelvys for all the help he offered with such a hectic process. Not only was he helpful but the service he provided was beyond professional. Our family is very thankful, we wouldn’t have been able to get through this without the knowledge and guidance Orelvys provided.

Fantastic experience: With his help, my condo sold very quickly. We were able to list it, show it for less than a week, and receive 3 offers (including the all cash, full priced offer we accepted). He kept us in the loop on what was going on, and I was overall very impressed with the quality of his work, as well as how proactive he was in getting things done.

Fantastic experience: Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant throughout the process

Fantastic experience: We are 100% satisfied with our experience with Orelvys Sanabria . He is an extremely hard worker and will do anything it takes to make sure his clients are satisfied. We will definitely use Orelvys when we decide to sell another home in the future.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever !! When a friend recommended me to Orelvys Sanabria as a real estate agent, I did not think the experience would be so satisfactory, a sincere and very professional person, he did not try to sell himself as the best, but nevertheless I swear he sold my house In 5 days and with a value higher than what we had requested. Since then I have recommended him to many people and he has not disappointed me. I hope to continue working with him in the future.
