Negative experience: As a licensed real estate agent, I take my fiduciary duties seriously — including presenting all offers to a seller and respecting the wishes of my clients. Unfortunately, my experience with Luis was extremely disappointing. When submitting an offer approximately $200k under asking (which my client had every right to make), he was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He insisted that I had to bring my client to physically view the property, even after I explained that my buyer was choosing to purchase without a showing. Despite repeated attempts to move the process forward, he appeared unwilling to present the offer to the seller, which is both unprofessional and contrary to the ethical standards expected in our industry. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the real estate community. Professionalism and respect should never be optional, especially when we are representing our clients’ best interests.

Negative experience: All this reviews must be fake. I had the most horrible experience with this realtor. I had never been more disappointed, disrespectful and robbed in life. I rented a townhouse through his company. I went to see the property while the last tenants were still living there.I rented the place but thought they were at least to fix the place. when I moved in I had the worst surprise of my life, the place was filthy dirty and unsanitary he respond was that we can’t ask for more for the price which by the way is the right price on the market. I think this person should get his license revoked . Now I have a breathing problem from all the cleaning products I used to try to clean the place. I don’t have a good stove to cook, a refrigerator with all that cabinets broken. The walls dirty. And is a long list.

Negative experience: I recently submitted an offer on a property through this realtor and was met with an unprofessional "lol" in response. Legally, realtors are obligated to present all offers to their clients, yet it seems this one took it upon themselves to dismiss an offer that was above asking price. It’s deeply disappointing to see sellers lose out on potential opportunities because their realtor chooses to disregard professional and legal standards. A real estate agent's role is to act in the best interest of their client, not to gatekeep offers based on personal judgment or ego. If you’re considering working with this agent, be prepared to wonder whether all your opportunities are being taken seriously—or even presented at all. Such conduct reflects poorly on the integrity of the entire process.
