Jill was with us during the entire home-buying process; never pressuring us, but always being honest and up front. In addition to buying from out of state, we were trying to sell our previous home while buying a new one at the same time, which was challenging. We honestly wouldn't recommend that experience if you can avoid it! It was stressful, but Jill's expertise, organization, calm demeanor, and positive attitude made it all work out. If you ever find yourself buying and selling simultaneously, I hope you have Jill on your side! Looking back now, we're still amazed. We ended up with a much nicer home than we ever imagined possible, in a neighborhood that is a perfect fit for our family. Fantastic experience: I think over the years I have known at least 1000 real estate agents. Agents are like the military service, everyone knows somebody that has served. I got to say up front I never trusted them. I don't trust anybody that works on commission. Commission sales brings out the worst in people. That system of payment only benefits the agency not the agents. So with that said, if you want an agent that you can trust: Thats Jill. She worked with me and my wife for 2.5 years to find a house on the lake. She found us the perfect house and we got the deal. I owe her more than the commission. She made my wife very happy. You know what they say: Happy wife, happy life. After 4 months she showed up at our home which is miles from no where just to follow up. She is just good people. If you need an agent I dont think you could get a better one. She also sold our previous home in a couple hours.
