Fantastic experience: Crown has managed six of my properties since 2019. They are dedicated to serving both tenants and landlords. The communication and attention to detail are excellent. They are always responsive to any maintenance issues. They are very flexible. I used my contractors most of the time, and they are OK with it. They are also OK with getting a quote from other contractors when I ask. Crown doesn't take any commission when they use their contractor for maintenance issues. I used their contactor several times and didn't see Crown taking any cut out of it. They are good at placing tenants. Since 2019, I have had no bad incidents. All tenants paid their rent on time, and the properties were in good shape when they left. All my current tenants are happy with their service. They are flexible with the tenants. Usually, the rent is due on the 5th, but if any tenant struggles to pay on time, they work with them and collect it after the due date. I never see them charging a late payment fee to tenants. I highly recommend Crown.

Fantastic experience: I've lived at one of their apartments for over a decade now. They've always been really helpful and pleasant to deal with. I also had them manage a four-plex that I owned for a short time. Crown Property was easy to deal with as a rental owner, and I was confident my tenants were in good hands.

Negative experience: For the cold days we have a problem with the water pipes and they told me I need to let the pipes dripping but it gets froze and they spect me to check the pipes every time to see if they are licking im just a tenant no a plumber but I think I will do it next time and I told the lady I can’t be without water she also told me I need to use wipes to clean myself yo that’s messed up and I have a baby and we need the water for everything but they don’t care about nothing they don’t give you central aire either when my baby was born I have to be at the house with the cold because they don’t provide any central a aire and I explained to them what it’s going on but they don’t care and my husband has to fixed everything like now because they just told me I’m sorry but that’s it they don’t even give me a solution they just told me be like that until tomorrow that it’s irresponsibility because they as a company has to assist the tenants .

Negative experience: Overpriced and Gross. This company is low tier and I promise you can find a better place to stay. This Company is a scam. You're better off living in a tent rather than one of these properties

Negative experience: I am currently living in one of there properties and it has been h3ll dealing with these people. I have major problems in my home that has been going on for a while and I have told them repeatedly about them for about 10 months now. I just received an email stating they will be going up on my rent $125 but are still refusing to fix anything. What should I do?

Negative experience: These properties are disgusting and overpriced. You can find better places to stay for a cheaper price. Surprised anyone falls for this scam of a company

Negative experience: I was so disappointed with my Security Deposit they were kind enough to let my son out of his lease because someone broke in to his apt stole his tv but when they let him out of his lease they taxed him for everything out of 787. We got back 131. Are you serious your better off with another company Not Crown Property Sign Very Disappointed

Fantastic experience: Crown managed my West Columbia property for the better part of a decade until I recently sold the property. They were always responsive to any maintenance issues that came up. Where a contractor was needed, the contractor's prices were always reasonable and repairs were made promptly. Where there was turnover of tenants, the property was re-rented in no time with minimal if any loss of rental income. I would highly recommend Crown!

Positive experience: Air conditioner with drainage hose accidentally crimped outside home, caused water leakage in front hall. Upon using carpet cleaner every 2 hours for several days, found water being sucked up was black water. I started having respiratory, allergy, increasing joint and body pain, and daily headaches. Keys and locks not changed between renters, allowing break in of home shortly after my occupancy. Lg trees around home have several dead.branches. Two large branches fell in driveway at different times nearly hitting my car. Today a large dead branch infront/side of yard also with several dead branches fell on roof and tore down some wires. Mes#ages again left at agency.

Fantastic experience: We have worked with Crown for over 6 months now. You won't find a more focused group of people that are dedicated to serving both tenants and landlords. The things they do make a big difference. Communication, Attention to Detail are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have a rental house and I moved out of state. At that time, about 10 years ago, I hired Crown Property to take care of my house. I couldn't be happier! They have been able to keep my home rented, they have taken care of any and all problems, they contact me and keep me informed! I couldn't ask for any more! The employees are always very nice and always return my calls within a more than reasonable time! I would recommend Crown Property Management to any one! Great company to work with, I just can't say it enough!

Negative experience: Lisa is very disorganized and dishonest if you ask me she said to me and my fiance that she had to check the references and credit she went and check his criminal history as if she was giving him a job in the disorganized office our income was more than enough I would like to check her criminal background I bet it says scam artist because that is what is going on in crown property management office on sunset Blvd she was not even dressed business like jeans,shirt with arms showing and some flip flops save yourself time and money and rent from rent Mart or some other rental company because no one has money to throw away to a couch potato

Fantastic experience: I tried to manage my own properties only to discover that it takes a true professional to deal with all the things that entails. I called Crown and they took care of everything. I even recommend them to a coworker, who also had a great experience with them. When I needed to rent, they were the first people I called. I loved being their tennant as well. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: 1 star says enough

Negative experience: Long story short, wasted $120 after they said one thing and it was COMPLETELY different after I gave them the money. Seemed like I had never talked to them, saw them, or already voiced concerns and everything else. After they got my app fee everything else was another story and I feel ripped off because they never intended on giving me the place at all. The rent amount told even changed after I gave my app fee from one thing that was said before hand to something else when they called. Not to mention the "double deposit" I was willing to pay if necessary.

Positive experience: Good people

Negative experience: My wife and I applied for a rental home. It was pricey at $120, but we were ok with it because we were really interested. We called several times in almost 3 weeks, rarely ever speaking to them. They refused to call back after several messages and when we did speak to them we were told they were still waiting on references. During this time, they accepted other applications (at $60 per adult of course). I assume we did not win their unethical bidding war because because the listing has been removed, and still no call with a determination. We were assured that they only processes 1 application at a time. My wife and I with 2 children and another on the way passed up other potential new homes, due to their tenant shopping practices. Please do not become of victim of their scheme because of their wholesome Christian front.

They are the nicest family and quite professional at all times, i've considered myself as a family member as well. That's how much I really like them.
