And as helpful as she was during the search, Danielle and her team took it to another level entirely after we went under contract - within hours, Danielle's team already had appointments with multiple inspectors, vendors, and service providers booked on various days and times so we had options/flexibility in coordinating travel plans from out-of-state. In addition we lived 4 hours away and had to coordinate busy schedules and traveling to Wilmington when market opportunities occurred. Fantastic experience: Danielle is a GO GETTER, and when things just do NOT turn out like she wanted that made her work even harder. Our last broker was one who did NOTHING and even stated as such but refused to release us from the contract because he did not believe in the price. Well Danielle did, got to work and had us an offer within a few weeks, then unfortunately the deal fell through but just made her work even harder and had us under contract again within a week. When you think of Danielle and her attitude and dedication think FILET MIGNON and when you think the rest leftover BURNT hamburger.
