Fantastic experience: Went here for an appointment. The building was very clean & the atmosphere was calm. The security was really tight. The appointment was super quick! No complaints!

Positive experience: It's a nice, clean building. The reason for four stars, the elevator is creaky and therefore creepy. I see my therapist here.

Fantastic experience: My wife attends occupational therapy in Ascension St. Mary's physical therapy on the top floor. Accessibility for special needs persons is very large.

Fantastic experience: My Doctors office. Paul LaClair is a great Doctor. He believed me when I had a problem and found it. Not just blow you off, and tell me what my problem was. Like alot of Doctors.

Fantastic experience: Farmers market is a great place for fresh produce. Many vendors and many choices.

Fantastic experience: I go to the St. Mary's sport & spine rehab for physical therapy at the Vanguard Building. This place is the best place in Saginaw for physical therapy. The second best place would be Renue physical therapy.
